Shocking Company. Avoid them and use Anyone else!

We have had Lucas Grant Lettings fully manage our property for 11 months now. They have been shockingly bad at answering phone calls, we just kept getting passed to their voicemail service whenever we rang the Nottingham branch (their second branch I believe, with Leciester being their first). If we left a voicemail we were lucky if they ever responded to it. We had to chase them several times about each issue we needed assistance with just to get it sorted. It was like we were managing them!

We email them and often didnt get the answer to the questions we asked, and were told by one employee, Mark, to 'not bother emailing as they just get ignored!'. Unbelievable I know!

They claim to have conducted property inspections at 6 weeks and 6 months, giving our tenant notice via letter 2 weeks in advance. Our tenant told us he never received and letters from them and they never came round to inspect it. I have no reason to doubt him. Lucas Grant claims they did attend, but having explained to them his process' have failed as the tenant knew or knows nothing about the visits, they quite literally couldnt care less and didnt want to address my issues claiming they were right and we were wrong!

They also found what they called 'admin errors' after 10 months and informed us they have undercharged and would need to back date fee's of £200!! Shocking. Such a poor company.

I will never use Lucas Grant Lettings again, and I advise you all to use another lettings agent in Nottingham or Leicester. We have been left very disappointed by their service and lack of interest in the fact one of their customers is not happy!
