Portal update
Lucca keep improving the portal which is good but it would be great if there is an early notification about the changes so we know what the changes had been made and how to adapt with the changes.

Usability
It's ok to go along with it but too many things to configure. F. ex: colors for different types of absence days. Why does Figgo not distinguish automatically between holidays and sick leaves?
These are little aspects but could increase the usability of Figgo.

The software is pretty and the vacation…
The software is pretty and the vacation requests / approval wonderful.
But the master data administration cluttered / not confessional enough.
Furthermore the export are not developed, it must be possible to select the data yourself.
(Maybe the difficulties are with the rights we got ?!)
In the past, we had a German speaking contact with the hotline, which helped a lot, but it has not existed for a long time ...
