So I took an entire day searching on the web for the best re-sellers or shops in the EU for realistic dolls and was quite scared to be honest. There's quite a lot of sites where it's even suspicious at login, etc., so I was doubting everything.
Found Neodoll in the UK and I rolled the dice. The reviews are just a bit above average but my experience has been very pleasant. I'm rating it 4/5 only because they unfortunately forgot the heating rod, although I'm not quite sure it was even intended to be included. Otherwise 5/5.
Nothing to worry, I'm ordering one on Amazon as we speak.
I placed the order on Sunday evening, on Monday after-noon it was already dispatched. Went through a couple of countries on the way but it ended up coming to me in Italy on Friday 1 PM (13:00). Support was helpful and responsive. Import was smooth and the box was intact. The doll inside was packed and brand new as advertised. Super happy when I was unboxing it, cleaning it and preparing everything. The experience (even without the heating rod) was incredible. Absolutely incredible.
If you're on the fence of getting one of this - GO FOR IT!
It's complete freedom and attachment that's 100% pure and united. Quality of TPE, appearance, etc. - 10/10.
I don't really come and write reviews for companies but perhaps everyone should.
This is literally the step before Human: Become Detroit if you know it, and I can't wait for that. Literally give it a bit of movement and an everyday AI - can't wait.
Will definitely buy another one. :)
P.S.: if you're trying to imagine the cavities (considering there's no 'inside' photos on the web) - it's heavenly. In other words, it will be the BEST thing you've ever tried.

First time doll buyer
After several years of hesitation I finally ordered my first doll and decided to use lucid toys as they are uk based and offer good dolls at a reasonable price. I ordered a 158cm from the girlfriend range.

Perfect order, great experience

I must admit I was sceptical about purchasing a doll, from anywhere as this was my first purchase, I looked at every company and everything they had to offer and it took me three months before I felt it was time to make a purchase but I convinced myself that I was going to be disappointed with my purchase as this is the sex industry and they don't care as long as they get the money, but Lucidtoys have totally changed my mind, I couldn't have been more wrong, they have been so helpful and made the experience so easy and delivered so promptly, I couldn't have been more happy with the service, as for the Wendy Doll I purchased, she is everything I imagined, all except I hadn't realised how heavy she would be... sorry Wendy, :o) so in the future I will be looking to purchase a lighter doll, but it won't be from anyone else but Lucidtoys.com

Honest doll review
I have purchased alot of full size dolls from lucidtoys. I find them great value for money compared with alot of other vendors. These dolls to me are a work of art all hand crafted so yes they are delicate and care should be used.
I find the customer service very good and always had any questions I asked replied to.
To have this vast collection of dolls available to me in the uk, I am very thankful for. No waiting weeks with the anxiety of will I get the dolls OK from vendors abroad. Also lucidtoys having a uk warehouse that you can visit if you need to.
For this reason I will not buy anywhere else.

Just bought my 2nd Doll and it's awesome! Lucid Toys = awesome service, great products, good value.
I have just bought a second sex doll (Neodoll Allure Dani) and I am even more happy with this new product than the first one I bought a year ago. The products are awesome quality, the TPE feels real, and is value for money compared to other similar companies.
This is my second doll purchase and I would consider myself now a loyal customer to Lucid Toys.
Their customer service is truly excellent, and consistent across all staff. This service is on a level that I have only experienced with companies in the USA. Understand that this level of service comes from quality staff, who are committed and well trained, it also demonstrates a company philosophy and focus on customers. As a business owner, I understand the resources required to provide this level of service support and commend Lucid Toys on this. Fast delivery as well.
The selection of products is huge, providing lots of choice.
There is one minor detail, you must check and verify the specifications of the doll you choose. The specs on about 2% percent of dolls is not accurate, but considering the huge stock, this is an understandable small margin of human error.
I am very happy with my second Doll and it is worth the money.

Refuse to refund for no reason
Well first up the doll that I received was not the one advertised for sale. It had the wrong colour eyes. It had metal protruding out of one of the fingers which was dangerous plus it was also missing finger nails and eye lashes. Really slap dash quality for nearly £800.
I emailed them asking for a simple reimbursement and they just sent me round the block. Didn't listen and replyed with gobbly goych which was I think vaguely written in English. I gave them a chance to rectify the situ but they decided to be awkward so I got fed up and just asked for a refund. I sent them all photos as requested and they email back saying I am not entitled to a refund because according to them its clearly been used.... Load of rubbish. Took nearly £800 of me.
Please go elsewhere and buy

The doll was used and falls under the health and beauty category and we can’t accept a return due to hygienic reasons:

Fantastic value and next day delivery!
LucidToys offers fantastic value when it comes to buying love dolls, but their biggest selling point is having immediate stock in the UK. Whilst this renders the dolls pre-configured, LucidToys does offer a wide variety of brands, shapes, and sizes.
However, they're not perfect. While they do deliver exceedingly on their products and customer service, their lack of product media really does them a disservice. This is quite sad, because someone who would be interested in one of their products, cannot make a informed decision, and so the odds are they simply won't.
After much research and correspondence with LucidToys, of which I am very grateful for, I bought a doll.
Initially I was quite worried regarding the dolls softness, simply because there is barely any media concerning this doll. However once it finally arrived my expectations were greatly exceeded.
If LucidToys were to expand their media for each doll, potential customers could then make informed decisions. This lack of media (softness video, front, back and side images) really hurts LucidToys.
Great value and fast delivery. I definitely recommend.
