£80 Refund Still Owing - When the silver bangle I ordered from Lucie Locket arrived, it was clear that it was too small. Sadly it's a lovely design and seemed well made, but was totally unsuitable for the person I was buying it for. I emailed them to say I'd be returning it, but didn't hear anything. Then returned it a day later via Post Office Signed For enclosing a copy of the email - when the delivery was confirmed still no response from them.. I've emailed again since but still not heard from them, let alone had the refund of £80 which they owe me......
