Hand of the watch is loose within a year. I emailed for warranty repair. They answered me:
Unfortunately, the 2 years warranty doesn’t cover any physical problem that wasn’t noticed while receiving the watch.
So that's not av two year warranty, but a 5 minutes warranty.

absolute waste of space this company. ordered a watch and very quickly after I decided I could get a much better watch for a little more money so I cancelled.
was waiting ages for a full refund even though I never received the item, they didn't even get a chance to send it out.
after numerous emails back and forth they agreed to fast track my refund only to find that they didn't give me a full refund.
