This is company is a scam. They automate messages when you make a query where your item is. They must save their replies.

Scam scam scam scam don’t do it! I knew of this risk before committing so I put it to my credit card to claim it back.

Do not order goods from this site, a total waste of time and money. I bought 5 ultrasonic de-icer gizmos. Hoping that they would at least do half or what is claimed. Alas not. An expensive flashing LED. That’s it!!!!

Ordered but item never arrived. Took payment twice, do not use this company!

Placed an order through an advert on TikTok which took me to the luckiwish website, received a confirmation email, never received my order, sent multiple emails to them with no response at all. Terrible, avoid at all costs

Very very poor site,ordered something for a Christmas present on the 9th Dec and did not get an order number,delivery date absolutely nothing. Emailed the company and heard nothing,luckily went through karna and got a full refund. Stay away from this company.

I have not received any update on an order I placed, dispatch or tracking information despite several emails to their customer service team.

Nothing but a scam. Goods ordered, next to no communication, request for a despatch or delivery date was met with a link to a 'customer service' dept with a completely different company name. Second request for info and I was directed to yet another differently named place. It was only now I decided to search for some reviews, and the overwhelming response was that the company never deliver. Thankfully I'd payed with PayPal so I raised a chargeback request which was completed within a couple of hours, so I suspect they've dealt with this bunch of sharks before.
This one star review is one star more than they deserve!

Scam company. Takes money and never sends. Placed an order, never received any confirmation or order number, never received any dispatch notice. No response to email sent to address on website. Had to raise it with my bank and get a refund. Be wary. Website appears secure but definite scam.

Zero stars!!! I ordered a flying back ball, the site scammed me into buying 4, no response from customer services despite repeated emails. Worse still this needs a remote control to turn it off.. 4 balls and not 1 had a control! So this thing was just flying around the room until eventually I jammed it back into the box and waited for it do die! (Whoch only took a few minutes) feel so stupid for falling for this, AVOID!!!!

Zero star is not an option for this company , I ordered glasses and I didn’t receive them till today and the company I ordered with(clearpay )is deducting my money for receiving nothing … LUCKINWISH.CO.UK is a scam please be WARNED ..I wish I read the reviews before buying…….THIEVES ,THIEVES, THIEVES

I've emailed this company a few times as I've not received my items that I've paid for yet they've not replied. I can't find a telephone number to talk to anyone either. Do not order from this company.
