I ordered a childs toy on 22nd November, today is 15th December and despite sending 5 emails, nothing has arrived. No emails have been replied to and the order is showing as 'unfulfilled'. So they know nothing has been sent and cant be bothered to reply and tell me what's happening. I have requested a refund but they have ignored that too. Please dont use this company, you are wasting your money.

Vastly overcharged for items,poor quality, Iwill never use this company again.
Guess I can't call it a scam, but it must be close.

Do not buy off this fraudulent company, no order received and no answers to e-mail. Worst experience ever

TbH poor communication. No email confirming however tge item was delivered. I did not realise it was going to do more than resember a printed bell on a shower curtain. Did not bare any resemblence to the picture. Very disappointed and would encourage people to read tge advert properly because the item is nothing likrle the advert picture.My own fault in the end. But its rubbish I will never use it.

Don’t buy from this company. They will take your money and not give you any goods. In dispute with credit card company.

Capital One Credit Card just came back and held up my review. Credited my account.

Placed my order since the 26/11 and to date no product no email no communication about my item.
Emailed twice and no answer.

Lucky my credit card stepped in and refunded me!

I’ve e mailed 6 times and used messenger twice and still have no product delivered or any response from the company. I think it’s a scam company

I have not received my order

I ordered anti fungal nail and I wanted 2 bottles so I paid for 2 bottles. I still have not received them. I have emailed them more than once and they say your order has been delivered. I keep telling them I have not received my order. So don’t order off them as they take your money and do not send the goods a very disappointing customer never again

One star only because zero stars was not an option. Goods ordered and paid for never delivered. Tracking information indicated they were delivered by the Weston Super Mare Delivery Office, yet we are in Stockport! Absolutely no response from the company, so seeking a refund via the credit card company!

I received a cat toy. It was advertised as flying around. It doesn’t. It just lays on the ground waving its arms. I can’t get my money back.

Received an email to say goods had been delivered which they hadn’t!! No referral to which company actually delivered the items and no replies to my emails so in all absolutely appalling and possibly a scam yet again through Facebook !!! Be careful!!

Do not use this company, ordered three key hangers,looked nothing like advertised,just cheap tat.

Goods did not arrive. No response from customer service. Avoid unless you want to lose your money.

i made a purchase 4th Dec, money taken but no order confirmation, looked on here seen the reviews so know im never going to get the item, disputed the payment on my banking app 20 mins ago and ive been refunded already.
