Total scam . Like others I wise I had read reviews. I ordered outlander ornaments for Christmas tree for my daughter as she is a fan . What a load of crap .cost £34 worth about 50p. Please don't buy from this website . I have learned my lesson . I would have given them -10 rating of I could have. CRAP CRAP CRAP .DON'T BUY.

Calendars received were printed incorrectly with all months beginning on the wrong day of the month. Customer service offered a £2 refund on a £23 order. The calendars are useless. Everything is shipped from China and the .co.uk site is just a front. Thanks for the useless Christmas gift.

Same as so many others from the UK...tracking information showing snail like progress from the US until it apparently arrives in the UK and never gets delivered. Complaint has resulted in a replacement item apparently being sent from China and I'm back in the endless tracking process...if the item ever arrives I'll update this review but given everyone else's similar experiences I'm not holding my breath. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
Update! The item DID arrive on 27 December so I got what I paid for, albeit 7 weeks after I placed the order. Therefore, rating increased to 3 stars.

I have had a similar experience to others here. Took more than the confirmed price and I had to email them to make them aware I had fully seen it and would take action against them. This seems to be a scam In hope people don’t notice! It’s so far week 3 and still not received my item. Absolute joke

2months I’ve been waiting and they’ve so no refund as they’ve sent it out.
Big scam which is allowed to be advertised on Facebook and TikTok.

6 weeks ago I ordered an item, after being overcharged (but then refunded the difference) and it still has not arrived.

I asked for a full refund 10 days ago and got an email reply saying they have asked the shipper to "hurry up". No mention of the refund again.

I feel this company is a huge scam and rely on people forgetting or not caring about their products.

The customer service is a joke. Would not recommend buying anything.

Wish I read the reviews first! Waited for several weeks, had some very slow updates and a claim that the item had been delivered. Local post office has no record though and the organisation are refusing a refund

Ordered the dog toys never arrived totally a waste of money and time.

Luckpig emailed invoice to me which stated a price which included shipping, but they took a higher amount from my credit card.
I definitely would not recommend this company.

Thanks Facebook for advertising this scam. Purchased an advent calendar at the beginning of November (obviously needed by Dec 1) tracking info said it had arrived in the U.K. mid November and would be delivered immediately after. Tracking then simply stops with no delivery attempt. Contacted them to ask for refund and they basically said no, as it will be delivered soon. It clearly won’t as it’s now over 4 weeks late. Avoid this scam.

Same experience as many already reviewed. Order is taken, everything implies it is a USA company and you get lots of updates that it is in customs and dispatch in various USA locations. Then nothing and then an updated tracking number that shows it is coming directly from China. And then it never turns up. A total scam and rip off, please don’t waste your money.

Do not order from this site, you get fictitious tracking alerts saying it’s coming from the US and then the tracking just stops. The item never arrives!

SCAM. Please read the comments and don't lose your money. I ordered a calendar to be sent to my brothers house in Geurnsey 2 months ago. Never received it. All I was sent was false tracking information. First one said it had travelled from the US and made its way to Cardiff in Wales, then when I recently complained they sent me another tracker saying it was shipped from China. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SCAM!!!

Waited 6 weeks for calendar. When it did arrive it was completely bent so unable to hang. Avoid this scam company which is not UK based at all!!!

I only clicked 1 star because it wouldn't let me go any further without.i ordered a calendar month's ago,it never arrived,emailed they said check local post office,there is no such tracking number for it,they said check with family and neighbours.no further emails from them.. they have to be a scam and the 35% that gave 5 stars must have been paid to do so.avoid luckpig.co.uk as I will in future,scammers

Almost a scam. Bought a dog toy which it turns out is supposedly being shipped from the USA. How ridiculous to ship something simple so far. 9 days later it's still showing as being in the USA. I'm off to pets at home. The shipping is a lie.

Charged more than the advertised amount, raised a dispute with my bank for fraud. Avoid

Do not use this company. The cat suncatcher I ordered weeks ago never arrived. They gave confusing and wrong tracking information and made no attempt to send a replacement. Very poor indeed.

Shocking company! Paid £20 for an empty advent calendar, refused me a refund, asked me to return the empty calendar at my expense...SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
