Absolute Joke of a company, have received order 2 late. Also didn't get what ordered.
I have contacted the support@luckpig with no response.
Just want full refund and no one contacts me.

After what seems like a few years my order has finally arrived. It has visited almost every depot and sorting office in the known world and has been on a world tour I could only dream of.
Unfortunately, after all this time, when it finally arrived…the order isn’t what I ordered.

Order your 2029 calendars now and only be mildly disappointed when they show up in May 2030

Item took a month to arrive in the UK then the tracking info said it was in Oxford for 4 weeks, when I contacted them it finally got delivered 2 months after ordering, package had been opened, resealed and a new postage label attached from Coalville England, the item was of very poor quality, cheap grey plastic when it was advertised as pewter, nothing like the picture or description in the ad, AVOID!!!!!

AVOID this company!!! Item ordered over 6 weeks ago. I was overcharged when I placed the order and the order has Still not arrived. Getting a response from them is a joke- shocking customer service, ignore emails. Tracking shows not moved from Belfast for 7 days. Emailed requesting a refund. No response.

Defo wouldn't purchase from here, ordered 3.11.24, still nothing, they says as a gesture of good will they will refund, as i have no product surely they are legally bound to give my money back. I'm constantly being robbed these days because companies are getting away with it, where is trading standards

Ordered a calendar as Christmas present, never arrived. Tracking informs it’s in Birmingham and has been sat there for days. Absolutely shocking delivery speed, AVOID THIS COMPANY unless you’re ordering well in advance.
Like others I should have read the reviews before ordering.

Ordered a 2025 calendar. Opened it on the 1st January to find that the whole calendar is a day out! Messaged them and they won’t refund despite the fact that it’s unusable!

Was sent the wrong item. When I complained I was told that it was due to a system error but also that they couldn't send me the correct item as it was out of stock. I was offered £4 compensation. When I asked for a full refund I was told this would be provided but I would have to pay to send the item back via a tracked delivery service to China (even though it took five weeks to arrive from the US). I was told I could at a later date challenge the postage fee for additional compensation. Cut my losses and decided it wasn't worth the effort.

Overcharged me via taking more money from my account than the stated checkout amount. Products shipped from abroad not UK. Tracking didn't work. Still not managed to get a refund

I ordered the indestructible dog bear toy and it still hasn't arrived they keep lying and saying it's in transit. Despicable company the prays on people.

Purchased 2025 calendar. Thursday 1st January? Just do not order from this site.

Brought a surprise book pack arrived 3 weeks later . Fuming not a book with little gifts as advertised complete scam . Got a photocopied chapter of a book . Pen bookmark sticker all paper.
Not what is advertised at all get a gift box with candle scrunchie book mark pen a WHOLE book to read stickers little other gifts . £22 for for what I received a scam requested a refund do not use this company

This is a Chinese company. I placed an order on 29 November thinking I was ordering from a UK website (it had a .co.uk end to it). I’m still waiting. Endless meaningless email ‘progress trackers’ - the first of these is where I realised it was coming from China (I wouldn’t have ordered if I had known). Last email had it at a home address in Lincoln, England!! Asked today for an update and they sent a completely different tracking link which says the parcel is still in China. I’d say this is a scam site and looking at other reviews seems to confirm this. Do not buy from this website.

Update : they sent me the wrong item (despite telling me it was correct!) and are now bartering with me regarding how much they should refund me. The cost was £9.99, therefore this is the amount that should be refunded for their mistake. It went from £4, to £6 and now apparently the most they can refund is £9. I can’t make this up.
Avoid.

Awful company. Ordered 2 items nearly 4 weeks ago and it's still not here. Customer service simply says "it'll be fine". Complete scam and a joke of a company, don't buy from them.

I ordered one of those indestructible bears for heavy chewers on the 30th if November! Still not here. I have sent multiple emails and all I ever get back is a so called tracking update! The parcel spent 2 weeks in the United States then eventually arrived in the UK. However when I check the post code for its most recent update it is a residential address in Belfast!!! Fortunately I used PayPal so hoping to get a refund. It seems to be a huge scam and I would advise anyone against ordering from their site!

Should have read the reviews before ordering. Its been 8 weeks since the toy was ordered and like others, I get tracking updates which make no sense. Was purchased through PayPal so should be able to get a refund, but the whole process has been frustrating.

This is a scam site, the goods you order will never be delivered. Told me it takes over 2 months to travel from Manchester to Wales. Load of rubbish. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered a calendar from this lot on 9 December as a Christmas present for my son. Today is the 27th and still nothing.
The first Tracking said it was being despatched from Honolulu!! Yeah, right.
I ended up buying the same thing (for less!) from Amazon a few days before Christmas and it arrived the next day.
Avoid at all costs.

Edited to add: The item finally arrived the other day. Very shoddy indeed and nowhere near as good as the replacement I had to buy.
I am now in protracted negations by email about getting a refund.
They give their return address as:

yet they advertise as Luckpig UK!
I can’t believe I was so stupid.

Ordered a 2025 New Unbreaka-BearTM For Heavy Chewers on the 6th December and they over charged my card , advertised as £14.99 and charged £3.99 postage but took £22.78 from my account, sent tracking details saying it was coming from the USA but spent nearly 10 days to clear customs , postage to the UK via air took another 5 days and another 3 days in UK customs , the bank details are for a Hong Kong bank , and when emails are sent they don’t answer , the same item on Amazon is only £8.99 but I paid the extra as they claimed it would be here quicker than the Amazon delivery date , summary they over charge send fake tracking details and do not send the product . I should have read the reviews before purchasing, sorry giving £22.78 to a scam site , no doubt it will eventually turn up but it will not be the quality advertised, note to self stop buying shit off Facebook adverts
