Absolute con avoid at all costs, ordered 2x bears for heavy chewers, ordered on 5/12/24 still not arrived charged me additional vat and hid it on the receipt. Asked for a full refund and keep getting fobbed off with some really poor English so obviously a Chinese company making out it's coming from the U.S. !!!!!!!AVOID!!!!!

I didn't do my research obviously as I presumed this was a UK company! As with most other UK buyers, this item took over 5 weeks to arrive. I was very happy to give it to my dog when it did arrive.....it lasted about 30 minutes. The ear came off along with some stuffing and I took it off her before I ended up with fluffy stuffing all over my floor. The stitching overall is appalling, very easily pulled apart to see the stuffing underneath. Looks like it was a product of a school project! A total waste of £22 and the anticipation of its arrival. The only way this is unbreakable is if you leave it in its bag in a cupboard.

Lesson learned. Do not buy from this company, they are taking you for a long ride and are taking the proverbial 😞 !!

2025 New Unbreaka-BearTM For Heavy Chewers FINALLY arrived today. Would given them ZERO if I could. Taken weeks to land. Gave it to my dog (8kg Border Terrier). She destroyed it within 2 hours. Total waste of cash & time. Total CON. I've emailed their support to request 100% refund, but don't hold much hope as it's a CON China company. Their selling description is breaking UK retail regulations. The product is NOT fit for purpose. If I do not hear back or receive full refund, I'll be taking this matter further. Buy amount is small, but this is more principle matter...

DO NOT BUY.
Rip off, it arrived 1 month after ordering and my dog destroyed it within an hour. I complained and they offered me £1 compensation. It cost me £18 in total.
They have said they will refund me when i send back to China... it will cost me a lot more than that to send it back.

I bought the indestructible bear dog toy. It took a month to arrive, and lasted approx 90 mins. When I complained I was told it was because my dog has sharp teeth. And they won't give my money back. Do not use this company

Unbreaka-bear lasted 1.22sec - appalling product and just as bad customer service.

As per most reviews, shipping was shocking finally arrived lasted an hour at most. Scam, Avoid

I orered the bear on the 29 Nov and it arrived on the 7 Jan. My dog destroyed it in 5 min.
I emailed a support and asked for a refund - and albeit quick, this is the response I got:
“Dogs have sharp teeth. This product is a doll made of cloth. It is normal to be torn.
Can I offer you a compensation of 2pounds？
I hope you can accept it.
Wish you all the best”
The statements not untrue - but it’s marketing as unbreakabear! I did think I was ordering a different product and clearly ordered from a scam site. Will be more cautious going forward.

Luckpig.co.uk isn’t a British company it based in China if you use PayPal you actually pay a company called “Unhyy Tech Co.Ltd” and the tracking information given can not to tracked by any of the universal package tracking websites, after waiting a month and getting told by their (luckpig) tracking information it’s now been in Lincoln, LN4 3SD for a week, I’ve asked for the name of the delivery company which they won’t give, all I got told they would ask the delivery company to speed things up, I have now filed for a refund with PayPal. Avoid this company

Bought a calender advertised as a Christmas present on 11th December and it still hasn't been delivered and it's the 7th of January. It's a .co.uk website but item is coming from USA, if it arrives at all.

I was overcharged when purchasing. It has taken two months to arrive from China and it has lasted 3 hours before the dog has destroyed it. Could not be worse!!!! Told a pack of lies about the progress of this order, tracking started in USA, then supposedly to UK, then another set of tracking started in China and finally arrived 37 days after ordering.
Gave it to the dog and 10 minutes later it was in pieces!
Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely terrible don't be fooled by their lies, they are masters at deceiving the public bought a indestructible bear from them lasted 2 minutes before my frenchie got on wrecking it , I noticed on the back it wasn't properly stitched either, sent email but as I thought no response, so if you like throwing your money in the gutter do it better than giving it to them 😡

Ordered a calendar, had to pay extra taxes that didn't appear on the order summary and only appeared on the bank payment. As soon as I saw it I contacted them to cancel the order and they told me that unfortunately they had already processed the order because they try to get the products ASAP, still took 2 weeks to deliver and was sent from the US. Product arrived and quality is shit, not as described. Avoid company, it's a scam

Would give 0 stars if able. Ordered 5th December. Was overcharged a hidden fee not stated during any of the order placement or on the receipts only noticed from my bank. I contacted straight away and asked the full order is cancelled and refunded. I got a reply a few days later telling me it was an error and refunded a couple pounds only along with "we hope you accept the order now" and a dispatch note. This annoyed me but too late now according to them to cancel as they have now shipped it. I ordered a "spicy romance date night with a book" which is a mystery book with a few book related accessories for just under £17. I emailed and emailed asking for an update to be repeatedly told "we can't control logistics " and no update. It was delivered on 3rd January. Only i was delivered a piece of brown wrapping paper, a few stickers and a pen. I have complained this is not what I ordered and i want a refund to be told it is what I ordered and they will only offer £1 for goodwill. They have persisted that there is a 4-5* read novel in there. Honestly the brown paper is about 2mm thick so there is no way there is a 400 page novel inside but I've unravelled the sheet anyway. There is a photocopied, roughly 6 page book made up of 1-2 chapters from the novel "the last song" inside which from Google is a 405 page novel and also very clearly copyrighted material. Do not use this absolute scam of a website to order anything, it is likely illegal material as is this that I have received, will take an unnecessarily long time to arrive and cost a ridiculous amount for what it is. If I could attach photos you'd see how much of an absolute joke this has been.
