I also bought the unbreakable bear and within minutes it was totally destroyed by my 11 month old puppy.. The description is obviously false. Offered me £3 refund which I refused, told them to keep their money. This is obviously not a genuine company!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Not a happy bunny
I ordered a toy for my dogs for Christmas at the beginning of December it arrived 2nd week of January.. this indestructible toy was destroyed by my dog in 35 minutes!!! I have been emailing them and they have offered me £3 compensation then £5 when I rejected the offer. I said their advert states they will replace the toy free of charge if the dog destroys it. They are refusing to do this 😥
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Wrong item sent. No refund given. Avoid!!!!
Purchased unbreakabear on Dec 5th still…
UPDATE: It finally arrived that day and lasted 5 minutes with my super chewer. If your dog gets the stuffing out in 5 minutes they will with this toy also.
Purchased unbreakabear on Dec 5th still waiting for it to arrive. Tracking says it is coming from Ireland. Says it arrived in Boston on 1/6. Still has not arrived.
Bought the "Unbreakabear"
Bought the "Unbreakabear", which was subsequently destroyed by my dog in less than a minute. They're trying to appease me by offering 50% discounts on future purchases, then offered me a £3 refund.
Luckpig does opportunistic dropshipping, with bombastic social media marketing campaigns that create false perceptions of their low quality products, all while offering no after-sales support.
Avoid at all cost.
Luck-pig? Try Suck-Pig
What a bunch of lying twots. I ordered from UK from a US company. Tracking showed item dispatched from IOWA, via LA customs to UK and on to Oxford on4/1/2025. Upon requesting updates, continually told item was coming from China. Not holding much hope for eventual delivery, or the requested refund. Again, a pathetic Chinese scamming, lying, unethical, untrustworthy supplier. If I had known it was a Chinese company, I would not have purchased. Disgusted.
I would give this zero stars if I…
I would give this zero stars if I could. I an item in early Dec and the item arrived in Belfast apparently on 01/01/25. I have since had no further updates on the tracking. The company won't issue a refund. Terrible company. I feel like I have been scammed. Do not use!!!!!
Avoid…
I would tend to agree with the other negative reviews posted here. Ordered five weeks ago, still waiting. At best, this is a really poor company, it may even be a complete scam. On the plus side, the initial incorrect billing for my order was rapidly corrected. Nonetheless, i will not be ordering from them again and advise others to avoid them too.
DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
Purchased a dog toy promoted as Unbreakable for heavy chewers. Ordered on 5th Dec, tracking from US and arrived 5th January. Gave to my 4yr old small dog, with 5 mins he’d chewed off both ears and through the tail. Contacted customer services for a full refund they came back with £4 compensation. I thought it was a typo so replied and they said if I wanted a full refund I’d need to return the toy to a Chinese address - then in bold they said if I didn’t want to do that due to the shipping fee (which I needed to pay) they would honour the £4 comp. Outrageous customer service!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Ordered an indestructible dog teddy. My small border terrier had it 2 minutes and stuffing was out of it. Not only did I have to wait over 3 weeks for delivery but when I emailed customer service for a refund along with photos. They had the audacity to offer me £3 compensation. I paid £24 with delivery! Absolutely disgusting customer service. Refusing to give me my money back. Although it states if not happy or destroyed they will fully refund!! DO NOT buy from this company. Total rip off.
Don’t bother, scam, please read.
Don’t bother if you want it in a rush, I ordered beginning of December and still waiting, it’s been at local delivery for a week now. Hopefully it’s worth the weight and Jax doesn’t destroy it.
Update,
Parcel delivered to god knows where.
Update, the parcel got delivered to someone else in Cleethorpes, the tracking number they gave me was for another customer, now they are saying I need to ask the post office for a certificate number so they can claim back the parcel cost that they messed up. God the company are so rubbish, DO NOT UNDER ANY Circumstances BUY FROM THIS SHOWER OF 💩 COMPANY. Yea I know it’s a toy bear that my dog will destroy in 5mins but now they have P-ssed me off asking for rubbish.
Update: the company won’t refund me and the bear hasn’t turn up so definitely a scam avoid 100%.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. I wished that I had read the reviews before ordering. I bought my toy in late November and still await delivery in mid-January. I have also been scammed out of £247.98 from an American company from my account. Fortunately, I have been refunded. BE AWARE!!!!!!
Avoid
Took about 6 weeks for the bear to arrive, was pretty apprehensive about it being for heavy chewers but decided to give it a chance. My dog had it less than 5 minutes and it was absolutely annihilated. Really wouldn’t waste your money on this product unless you enjoy throwing your money away. Wouldn’t even attempt to get them to send the “replacement” as it wouldn’t even be worth the wait
AVOID DO NOT BUY FROM LUCKPIG YOU WILL…
AVOID DO NOT BUY FROM LUCKPIG YOU WILL REGRET IT.purchased the undestructable dog toy in nov24 arrived 5 weeks later.given to my dog who ripped the seem within 2 mins. asked for a refund the reply was " damaged in transit and sharp teeth on dog" will do a chargeback on my card.
Don’t waste your money! Utter rubbish!
This product is awful and absolutely not worth the money. My golden retriever had chewed the ear off within minutes so the claims it’s stronger than most is rubbish.
I was offered a £2 refund which is pointless.
Do not waste your money on this awful product! False advertisement and rubbish customer service.
Not worth it!!!!!
My dog had the toy for 1minute (recorded) and broke it pulling the stuffing out, not worth the money, lasted less time than toys from local pet shop
Not UK based
Ordered from a UK site with US tracking and a Chinese company. Took weeks to arrive and completely missed Christmas for which item was a gift. But eventually arrived 11th January so not a total scam
Purchased the 2025 New Unbreaka-BearTM…
Purchased the 2025 New Unbreaka-BearTM For Heavy Chewers which only arrived today for our rottweiler whose toys nearly last 5 minutes anyway.
She had the bear literally 5 minutes and was pulling the stuffing out of the bear so clearly not fit for purpose.
I have contacted the seller for a refund as pointless sending a replacement due to length of time to reach us.
Been offered compensation of £4, £5, £6 & £7 for a toy they offer to replace free of charge should it get destroyed!! And are now no longer replying to emails

Luckpig. More like shitpig
Purchased the indestructible bear.
For my fox terrier, took long to open the package than it took to destroy the bear.
The media sites need to keep an eye on these reviews.
Purchase just before Christmas and turned up to day 11 Jan 2025.

I bought a dog toy called an Unbreaka- bear from
Luckpig.co.uk
It’s advertised as indestructible. They guarantee they’ll replace it if you dog can tear it.
I gave it to Izzy who utterly destroyed it in less than 30 minutes. This gave her access to the squeakers which could’ve choked her.
I contacted the company who refused a replacement or refund. I’m now dealing with that through my card provider.
But, avoid the toy. Avoid the company.
