I have had two pending withdrawals with…

I have had two pending withdrawals with lucky247 since early september. I received an email from them on 24th september asking me to verify my account, I did so immediately and was told my account had been successfully verified. What then followed was several days of me not receiving my requested withdrawal. I reached out several times. I received a reply congratulating me on my winnings and assurances that my withdrawal would be processed that same day. I then received an email stating that my account was under an "account review" and that until that review was completed there would be no further updates coming to me. This was over a month ago, That was the last time i have heard from lucky247. In the time between then and now i reached out to askgamblers in an attempt to settle this issue. Lucky247 did not bother to respond to any of askgamblers comunications. I have also sent them several emails via resolver in the hope that it might help me to receive my winnings. Again lucky247 have not bothered to reply to any of those emails. It seems obvious at this point that there is not such thing as this "account review" and it is all one big effort to avoid paying me the money that belongs to me. I can see from the below reviews that lucky247 do respond to trustpilot reviews and so i expect them to reach out to me at some point. I am sure they will be very sorry for their actions over the last month or so. I am also sure they wont quite be sorry enough to actually do the one things that matters and pay me my winnings. Who knows, maybe they will prove me wrong. I will update this review as and when they reach out.

I have had two pending withdrawals…

I have had two pending withdrawals since 5th september for £919 and £2025. Initially the casino asked for id and address as verification. This i provided. Then i was asked for an id selfie. I also provided this. I was told my documents had been accepted and payment would be imminent. Of course i did not receive my winnings. 6 days in a row i received an email stating that my winnings would be processed that same day. Every day i checked and i had not received my winnings. I was then told my account was undergoing an "account review". They could not state why this was happening, or how long i could expect this review to take. Eventually i posted a review on trustpilot. Lucky247 decided that rather than pay out my winnings they would raise a complaint about my review in order to have my words taken down. They still have not paid me my winnings and so i am resubmitting my review in order that other people do not make the same mistake i made in continuing to play at this casino.

Edit: in reply to lucky247 who did indeed reach out. I sent them EXACTLY what they asked me to. Guess what, they found another excuse to reject my document that was EXACTLY what they asked me to send and avoid paying out my winnings yet again. It is clear that every reply i get from them is just one more invention of a reason for them to attempt to keep money that does not belong to them.

removed from promotions after months of play

I have been playing at this casino for several months. For some context, the vast majority of my play has been with cash only. over the last few months i have deposited several hundreds of pounds weekly. I rarely used a deposit bonus and every single day i declined the offer of free spins upon logging into the casino. As well as that on the days that i was given cash back from my previous days losses i never instantly withdrew the cash and always redeposited and continued to play. So you can see why it came as a shock to me to find out that i had been completely removed from promotions and the casinos loyalty programme when i logged in one day. I can only assume this is because all of my cash wagering had gotten me to the cusp of being at their highest rewards tier and they decided to cut me off before i reached it. No doubt the casino will quote something vague about it being a business decision and it being within the terms and conditions blah blah blah. Bottom line is that this is an appalling way to treat loyal customers. Based on my personal experience of playing at this casino it is impossible for me to recommend people play here. Find somewhere else that treats customers better.

Edit: as expected and predicted lucky247 reached out and quoted something vague about terms and conditions being the reason for the restriction. Unfortunately they decided not to clarify the reasons behind the decision. Potential lucky247 customers please read this review and stay away from this casino.

refusing to pay out winnings

Casino is refusing to pay out my winnings despite assurances that my account is fully verified. When asked for further information they state my account is under an "account review". Of course they cannot give any specifics into why my account is being reviewed, what exactly it is they are reviewing or how long this review might be expected to take. Very convenient for them. Obviously at this point they are just inventing excuses to avoid paying my winnings. Absolutely would recommend every player considering playing at this site avoid like the plague. I would like to add following lucky247 reaching out to me to help resolve this issue i received an email from them. This email was not to tell me my withdrawal has been processed. It was actually to aske for more documentation for an already verified account. If it was possible to give this casino less than 1 star i would. I repeat my earlier advice of AVOID THIS CASINO LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Not gUseood at paying out,they pay but not…

Use another site,many better out there. Not good at paying out,they pay but not to the right account.Asked them twice now not to pay into a certain bank,took the bank off my list,havent put money in from the account for 9 months but theyve just done it again,another 200 quid.They just say well the bank accepted it so take it up with them.Thats 1k now into an account I cant access thats not even on my list of accounts anymore. I have reached out to them,evry time same answer,we sent the money you need to collect from the bank. Explained many times that I cant;same as their answer here,just waffle.
