Luckyblock casino super scammer

Lucky block casino held my .012 btc (approx 1400 usdt)funds and closed account without any reason, they asked for verification and i complied with them given my selfie, passport for id verification and bank statement for POA verification.

They are blatant cheaters and despite being everything provided they closed account, not responding to emails. This casino is not at all reliable and are scammers.

@luckyblock : Sent you email as you asked now please resolve this on priority.

After logging my complaint and feedback here they closed my account and said I breached there terms and conditions, I am ready to prove that I didn't and ready to follow any process they ask for but they just want funds to be kept with them , it's a pure scam casino and have tons of online complaints.

Careful about this casino

Hello, i made deposit 4.09.2025 amount 300$.
Made 1000$, sent withdraw request. They asked me about KYS + POA verification, i made everything they asked. i've been told to wait 24 hours to answer.
There is no answer, or explain why i cant withdraw.

Closed account without explanation

Edit: As you can from the reply to my original message below, all they are doing is copy and pasting messages. I already said I emailed the complaints email to success and they just told me to do it again. They act nice and pleasant in the public eye, but do not care when they aren't being shown to others.

This casino closed my account. After emailing their complaints email asking for a reason why, they gave no explanation, just saying I broke the Terms & Conditions which I never did. Withdrawals not processed and no communication at all

Unfortunately, this confirms the many complaints described below. I played without any problems for two years, but that has completely changed.

Last week, I made two deposits totalling 4,000 euros in ETH, which were of course processed immediately. Prior to the second deposit, I had to do an ID check, which was approved. I then won 27,000 euros and wanted to have that paid out. However, the payout was not processed and after three days was still marked as “under review”. No additional information was requested from me, and all I heard from their so-called support team was “you have to wait, I don't know how long it will take, we are conducting additional research”.

Last night, I contacted them again and indicated that I wanted an update within 12 hours. Of course, I haven't heard anything, but to my great surprise, I have now been blocked from their website. I have also sent an email to complaints and help e-mailaddresses but have not received a response.

This is a fraudulent company that has literally stolen 27,000 euros from me. As long as they receive money (deposits), everything is fine, but when they have to pay out money (withdrawals), they literally block you and ignore all communication.

It is a shame that I need to consider to take legal action. That will ultimately cost them a lot more money and will cost me a lot of time.

Update 3 - 30/08/25:
Still nothing, I dont receive any updates and keep getting told 'we will contact you asap'. They get annoyed if you ask normal questions and refuse to share timelines. I am considering legal action and will not give up until I finally receive MY money.

Update 2 - 27/08/25:
I got a response to my e-mail where I asked for an update but received the standard (select from drop down) answer that doesn't help or inform me in anyway. See below:

It seems that they don't worthy their customers and simply don't understand that this is a very sensitive topics for their customers, it concerns customers financial funds that are being held hostage without any explanation.

this casino is the worst casino ever

this casino is the worst casino ever, they shouldn't be operating!! They have no intention of paying customers at all so they will fustrate you will a verification process! I created an account(username: Frenzy5873) on the casino after seeing that they were verified on twitter!! I made a 100$ deposit, then i played a popular game, i got lucky and won, and i was having a total of 217$ in my account! So I decided to test the withdrawal since I’m new, mind you, my account is still intact! No restriction, no limitation, i then tried to withdraw and they requested for id! I submitted my national ID card which is acceptable everywhere but they rejected! And they requested i use and alternative documents, so i said okay, and i went to process my international passport, i spent time plus money doing that!!, so i got it processed and i tried the verification again! This time around i did the verification, next they asked for a proof of address so i uploaded a utility bill(my electricity bill) in pdf form, i stay in Nigeria and we buy electricity through an official website buypower.ng, i bought electricity, got the document and sent it to them! But they rejected it!! Saying its not in pdf! Meanwhile its in pdf! And my name and address corresponds, it was within 3 months,
alright then I decided to give them a bank statement!! I went to the bank! To get a signed and stamped statement of account! I got it as hardcopy! Took a clear picture of it, and uploaded it, guess what!! This bad betting site still rejected it , and the reason was that they don’t accept photo, meanwhile on the site it is stated that its either a pdf or a clear photo! This casino has been fustrating all my efforts to verify my account !! Simply because they have no intention of paying!! They have no intention of paying and they keep rejecting all documents! Give me my money back

Hello

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a deposit that was made to my account on your platform. I decided to close my account for personal reasons. However, an amount of €400, which was mistakenly and automatically transferred from my bank account to the casino account I had requested to close, has not yet been refunded. This deposit was made on July 21st.

I have followed up multiple times and provided all the required documents, including the deposit receipt and an up-to-date bank statement.

I fully acknowledge that the decision to close the account was mine, but that should not justify this level of delay and lack of response. I have repeatedly been asked to wait or submit documents again, yet I have not received any clear explanation or a specific timeline for the refund.
