Thieves company

This company consist of thieves, don’t play here they will never pay you and at the end they will close your account for no reason.

Yesterday it happens to me and here is what they sent about it without giving any reason and I had money there which were only my deposits so i didn’t win from them it was my own money.

They took my balance

I had an account and I verified it, once I requested a withdrawal, they closed my account and didn’t give the the active balance I had of around 1500 euros (0.52 Ethereum)

They gave me no reason about closing, don’t play here because when losing you are ok to them, when winning you get blocked and take your money.

I didn’t use any bonus or anything by the way so stay away they are fraud, positive reviews are just fake

Finally a casino you can trust , trust me I was sceptical because I don’t trust any casino until I have received a withdrawal which is not very often

I signed up and availed of the welcome bonus . I used the bonus to play many slots and live games also . I won €300 on a live game just as I was coming to the end of the wagering , although if I remember correctly with this casino you can withdraw while you still have the bonus you just forfeit the remainder of the bonus . When I requested a withdrawal , I was asked to send proof of payment , I thought here we go another scamming casino but to my surprise the live chat confirmed if I was sending the correct document and as soon as the document was reviewed ( few hours ) the money was immediately in my account . Many many many casino don’t pay out or trick you with T&Cs but I did not have any problems like this with lucky block. Unjust Fund Seizure – Platform Design and Compliance Failure

Dear Lucky Block Support,

I am following up regarding the unjust seizure of my funds, which you claimed was due to Nepal being a restricted or unsupported country.

After reviewing your Terms & Conditions, I have found the following:

You state: "You must ensure that your use of the Service is legal in your jurisdiction."
Yet, at no point during account creation or deposit was I informed that Nepal is not supported. Your system allowed me to:

Register an account

Deposit funds

Use your Telegram bot or browser interface without restriction or a single warning

If Nepal is indeed restricted, why was there no geo-block or message to prevent access or inform users before taking their funds?

Key Questions:
Why was no warning shown during account creation or deposit for users in Nepal?

If your platform is technically capable of enforcing restrictions, why was Nepal not blocked?

Why does your Telegram onboarding process not disclose these legal restrictions clearly?

Why was my account allowed to be funded, only for the money to be seized after the fact?

Is it considered ethical or legal under your stated jurisdiction to accept funds from a region your system failed to block, then blame the user?

Your own Terms show no mention of proactive blocking or system responsibility, placing full liability on the user without making the rules clearly visible at the time of registration. This is misleading and unfair.

My Position:
I used your service in good faith.

Your system allowed my access without restriction.

You took my funds without a proper notice or refund.

This reflects a failure in platform responsibility and user transparency.

I now formally request a full refund of my deposited amount, as the fault lies with your system design—not the user.
This site is a pure scam — don’t fall for the fake positive reviews (most of them are likely paid or fake).

Here’s exactly what happened to me:

I used Lucky Block’s Telegram bot (which is part of their platform).

I deposited $7, placed bets, and won.

When I tried to withdraw, the request was rejected and refunded every single time.

I contacted their support, and they asked me to submit KYC verification documents — which I did, and it was accepted.

Right after I won again, they banned my account without a clear reason, only giving an abstract excuse.

Later, they told me that Nepal is not a supported country — if that’s true, why did your platform let me register, deposit, and pass KYC?

Why wasn’t this information shown clearly during signup or deposit, especially on the Telegram bot?

And most importantly — if Nepal is restricted, why not refund at least the deposited amount instead of stealing it?

Lucky Block’s system allowed me in, took my money, and banned me only after I won. This is a scam in plain sight.

If you're a real, ethical platform, don’t be shameless — refund users who deposited in good faith. I followed all instructions, provided full KYC, and used your official tools. Still, you stole my money and gave me nothing in return.

Avoid Lucky Block at all costs.

If no resolution is provided, I will escalate this by:

Filing complaints with crypto security watchdogs and gambling regulators.

Publishing this experience publicly to inform and protect other users.

I expect a clear and prompt resolution.

Terrible Support

I withdrew around $150 to my Litecoin wallet. It was marked as successful very quickly, but even 12 hours later it was nowhere to be found. I contacted their live support, who forwarded me to someone else who then later emailed me saying they had done all they could on their part.

After receiving no real help, I followed up with live support again who were once again no use. I emailed them three more times over many hours with no response at all.

The issue is clearly on their end, despite them constantly trying to shift the blame to my external wallet provider. In my last email, I attached clear proof: the TXID shows they sent my withdrawal straight back into the same Lucky Block deposit address I funded my account with in the first place. My actual external wallet address was never used.

When I asked them multiple times to show proof that I supposedly entered the wrong address, they ignored me or just blamed me again with no evidence.

This has been unbelievably frustrating and feels like pure incompetence at best. Just stay away from them they do not own up to mistakes, and they ghost you when you demand proof. If they fix this, I will update this review but for now, 1 star.

Review of LuckyBlock Casino — Scam Warning

I do not recommend using LuckyBlock Casino. My personal experience proves they are not a trustworthy platform.

I deposited funds, but when I tried to withdraw, they refused the withdrawal, claiming my documents were not valid for verification. I provided all possible documents:
• Utility bills with my full name and address
• Bank statements with my full name and address
• Passport

All documents clearly show my identity and residence, but they still rejected everything without any valid reason. They also refused to offer alternative verification options.

I have video evidence of the entire conversation with their support. It is obvious they are blocking withdrawals intentionally, even of deposited funds — this is a clear scam.

It’s the first time I’ve seen a casino block users not only from withdrawing winnings but even from taking back their own deposits.

Stay away from LuckyBlock — protect your money.

Flawed verification system blocks withdrawal — €1,000 held

I deposited twice at Lucky Block Casino and built up a balance of €1,000. When I attempted to withdraw, I was required to complete identity verification. However, their system — which can only be used via mobile — makes it nearly impossible to take clear, acceptable photos of your ID and selfie. No matter how carefully I tried, it kept rejecting my documents without a clear reason.

I contacted support and submitted my documents by email instead, hoping for a manual review. But they refused to accept them manually and insisted everything had to go through their system — even though it clearly doesn’t work properly.

I escalated the issue to their complaints department, but they have remained completely silent. It’s now been more than two weeks, and my withdrawal is still blocked.

I also submitted a formal complaint through Casinomeister.com, but as of today (9 days later), Lucky Block has not responded there either.

This feels less like a technical issue and more like a strategy to delay or deny payouts. I’ve verified without problems at other casinos, including licensed ones — but here the process is opaque and ultimately led to the loss of both my deposits and my winnings.

I strongly advise you not to play at this casino, they are rogue and refuse to pay out my winnings!

You guessed it, just a scam.

Hi,

Im here to shere my expereince with Luckyblock.com.

I used this casino for a few days, for betting on sports and some games, I didnt make any money. Ive put in 350 USDC+- and wanted to cashout with 110+-.

But, my withdrawal was declined and my account closed. I contacted support, regarding this, and they didnt say, really much anything. Only that it was internal decision, and some breach. So logically, I asked, for a proof and list of breaches I made (cause I didnt make any, and its just they said), and that I will be contactiong my lawyer othervise, which I did.. It was 2 days ago, and didnt receive any answer from them.

So I contacted support via live chat, and you know what, after a few messages, and them not being able to give me an answer, a few times, they always sent this: "As this matter was addressed already multiple times and this conversation is going in circles I have to end the chat. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us again. I wish you a relaxing rest of your day." and ended the conversation without the option for me to reply.

I guess you can make your opinion yourself, but this is clear. Wish I could post screenshots here aswell.

The loyalty graph looks slick

The loyalty graph looks slick, but the tiny shield icons for each tier blur together on a phone screen. I had to pinch-zoom to confirm I’d actually reached Platinum. Minor UX snag in an otherwise thoughtful dashboard.
