They closed my account

They closed my account, they have to pay me €1000,- and I get a strange email from them saying I need to verify an included which is not my bank at all. I deposited with a completely different wallet number. If I get my money back I will update this review, until then advisor I am strongly staying away from this casino because they are scammers.

Terrible service and no willingness to help!
This casino feels like one big scam. You can earn mission rewards, but they simply remove them when you level up.

I had a reward that required wagering €2,150 on a slot, and just when I was about to complete it, they removed it because I reached level 3. When I contacted support, they were rude, unhelpful, and only responded once every three days with the same message: "You reached level 3, so all rewards are now adjusted to your level."

When I asked them to show me where this was stated in their terms, they disconnected the chat. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for a customer service team.

I’ll probably get an automated message from the casino now saying they want to resolve it, but they won’t actually do anything I’ve already been waiting five days for a response.

Dont play here its one big scam!

The website is fraudulent

The website is very slow, the company has sometime fraudulent actions.

I had 2 sports separate bets, both on tennis, both players retired at that time.

When my player retired, it was settled as loss.
When the other player retired, the bet was settled as refund, which I should have won that.

This happened many times and I have screenshots and proofs, so don’t waste your time and find a decent website where you have decent rights and not be mislead and stolen.

They Blocked My Account & Kept My Money – BEWARE!

I deposited money into Lucky Block, thinking it was a legit platform. A few small withdrawals worked — then suddenly:

❌ My account was BLOCKED
❌ My funds were FROZEN
❌ ZERO communication from support
❌ NO reason for closure, NO refund

Even worse – on my bank statement, the transaction showed as:
VORTEXFRAME.COM TALLINN E –
NOT Lucky Block – a totally different company, which is highly deceptive. This hides the real identity of the merchant and makes it harder to dispute through the bank.

I’m not asking for winnings. I just want my deposited money back.
I paid for a service and received NOTHING.

Big scam

I am still waiting for my complain te be answered, weeks ago they said overhere I should write them a email and they would look in to it.
But after 3 emails still now answer.
I want my 4200 euro.
They closed my account, saying I used bonusses wrong and so they blocked my account.
The matter is, I never activate bonusses anywhere, also not overhere.
I had a discussion with a woman on chat how it was possible there was 1.10 on my account after I won big on a few games.
She could not answer that but it was also not a problem.
Well it's a problem for me, because I did not activated any bonus.
So where did it come from.
No answer and the next day my account was closed.
I read so much the same story's overhere.
If you don't want ppl to play with bonus money over 5 euro a turn, just deactivate the possibility to play higher stakes.
Like other casinos do.

But in my case that can't even be the problem, because I never accept or activate bonusses.
