I had Jeb throughout the whole process of replacing a watch that had something wrong internally. Everything was handled very professionally, and with good intentions to insure the watch had a proper defect. I was checked up on twice a day, and I was able to prove the defect. Once I did that the new one was on its way.

Good value for a quality product! There were a lot good looking watches to choose from but the "buy one get one" makes it easy to make a decision. Frankly, I like that deal better than 50% off because it gives you an excuse to get two!

Watches are incredible. Came with a tool to adjust the band. Took less than 5 minutes to do both.

I ordered 2 Santos watches and they look great. 1 of the watches had a slight defect but I contacted customer service and they fixed the problem right away. The watches have a nice weight to them so they definitely feel more expensive than they cost.
