Can’t say much about watch quality as I cancelled the order, but the customer service was excellent, very professional and timely

This company is a complete joke. The watches I received are absolute garbage—cheap materials, terrible finish, and nowhere near what was advertised. Honestly feels like something you’d get for a few bucks, not what they’re charging.

The worst part is the way they handle refunds. I asked for a full refund because the product is clearly low quality, and instead of doing the right thing, they keep trying to lowball me with partial refunds so they don’t have to take responsibility. It’s shady and unprofessional.

At this point it feels like they know their product is bad and are just trying to avoid refunds however they can. A legitimate company wouldn’t make customers jump through hoops just to return something that’s clearly defective or misleading.

Save your money and avoid this company at all costs. Poor quality products and even worse customer service. Easily one of the worst buying experiences I’ve had.

Considering the price of the watch, there's nothing to complain about. There are two minor drawbacks: the ticking is quite loud and the watch is relatively light. Nevertheless, a great product!

Wonderful service and respond to emails instantly. I will definitely buy again.

Decent quality watches that look nice. I would (in general) recommend the watches if you want an affordable nice watch. The only thing is the shipping time. It took over three weeks for mine to be delivered. In fact the only thing preventing a 1 star is the customer service team expediting my order due to an email. Have I not sent an email I doubt my order would even be shipped yet. However I had an email chain with over ten emails from a service member "Rachel" with daily updates after my first email. Incredible customer service.

Overall the watches so far seem great for the price... good weight, size, material choices, and looks... I have gotten many compliments on look specifically. Only thing I would work on would be better packaging. But not removing a star for that, I understand it is a start up.
