When my watch stopped moving, they were willing to replace it! Great customer service!

I was contacted by customer service letting me know that a watch I ordered was out of stock and for me to pick a different one. I looked at other watches and picked a different color and they said they shipped it.

Bought 2 watches. One was the wrong color face and the other had a chronograph that reset to 6:17. Contacted then 20 times. Kept sending requests for a movie and jiggle the handle. The worst experience ever. I had to dispute the charge after being stuck in a hell cycle with their customer service. I like the watch that works, but don’t ever risk buying from them. It is a complete crap shoot.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I could. Just got my order today and the watches I ordered were not in the package. I got two empty boxes.

As somebody who never writes reviews I cannot express how insanely great the customer service is for this company. Prompt response and unbelievable outcome with a watch replacement I mistakenly damaged. Lucky fours has a loyal customer for life with me.

Watches aren't that great and customer services sucks. The bands don't feel like metal but apparently they are. After watching the video on how to remove the links to fit the watch the tool bent immediately. They won't replace it saying it's a courtesy that the tool is included. Then was told to take the watches to a jewler to have them sized. What a joke. I knew it was a mistake to buy them and should have gone with my gut instinct.

They are just reselling Poedagar watches at a mark up. Advertising showed a ‘lucky fours’ logo and watch and they show up just a 20 dollar Poedagar ali express watch. They have great marketing but they are literally just marking up watches and dropshipping them. And false advertising by all means.

I love the quick response and resolution that was given. Definitely something that highly benefits a successful company. Watches look great and will recommend to all of my friends.

These same watches are 20$ on Amazon. Just look up Poedager on amazon this place is a sham

The side of the wrist bands on my watch is faulty, and therefore cant be readjusted. I adjusted the other side perfectly well, but none of the adjustement holes work on the faulty side. Support is trash, and i am sathere discussing with support whether it is “technically” faulty. Support says the the links being tight (which means i cant readjust) “is not considered a defect”. 0/10 do not recommend. Now they just dont reply to my last message.

What stood out to me is their efficient customer support!! I ordered the wrong colors and they were able to exchange my order after my original order was already shipped. My fiancé loved the watches which made this 10* better and worth it!

The customer service is fantastic. They are ready to help and do whatever you need. While it was initially a little annoying how they kept trying to offer me percentages of a refund and keeping the product; I also understand why they were. Looking back on it, it doesn't bother me so much but can see someone else getting aggravated. The product though is just not what is depicted. I got the black watch with a blue face and it is NOTHING like the picture. The face is almost black, there is an extremely faint blue tint, not even close to the picture though. Overall, if they can fix the representation of their product, it might be something I look at in the future.

It's good, but just good. the attachment lock pieces that click felt pretty cheap, glass and face were just alright. It definitely looks nice though for others to see.
