They failed to ship my order because I took over 60 minutes to confirm that I bought. They took my money. Charged me $24 to ship and then didn't ship the order. When I reached out to them 5 days ago now, they told me they would send my order express so my kids would have their costumes for Halloween. Item still hasn't shipped and Halloween is two days away.

Just the fact that they allowed an order to be completed without taking action is ridiculous enough. The site should start the transaction over if they aren't prepared to process it. Then when they were notified they tried to act if it was somehow my fault that I completed my transaction too late and still weren't able, with ample time, to correct their mistake especially given the $24 shipping fees. This is egregious.

AVOID THIS RETAILER AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE UNORGANIZED AND WILL RUIN YOUR CHILDRENS HOLIDAYS.

I would definitely recommend lucky onesies!!! I made a mistake in my shipping and they helped me out to make sure I got my order in time for Halloween. Great communication great onesies 10/10 love it!!!!🥰

Ordered my onesie last week with express shipping and it just arrived today, well in tome for Halloween. Got a little worried looking at some of the reviews here after buying it, but I got a tracking number after a couple days and could see the package moving. Cozy material, xxl size fits my large 6'3" frame well.

My family always does coordinated Halloween costumes each year. This year is Pokémon and Lucky Onesie blew competitors out of the water by far with their large selection of Pokémon onesies at a reasonable price. The ordering and shipping experience was easy and great, with the onesies arriving only a few days after ordering. I was concerned about my delivery as my boyfriend’s costume had been delivered directly to the house, but Lucky Onesie’s customer service team was quick to respond to my inquiry with information about where my package was left and waited for my confirmation that it had been received. Lo and behold, mine was in the mailbox 😅. I highly recommend Lucky Onesie to anyone looking for a comfy and cute onesie or costume.

Costumes were high quality. I ordered with at least a month in advance. I was messaged that one of the items got out of stock. When I contacted the company, they replied and said once the item arrived they will going to expedite it. I received it about 2.5 weeks later.
Overall I had a gr at experience, but I highly recommend you order in advance.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their communication is terrible! I placed my order on 10/3. My order has been attempted to be delivered for the last week and a half to my office building which is open 24/7. The notes indicate 'no access'. I have tried to contact lucky onesie and SpeedX and everything is AI generated. Praying i get a refund and a response!

They charge nearly $40 for 7-10 business day shipping but will drag their feet when it comes to actually shipping the package out. I’ll be extremely lucky if our costumes get here before Halloween and then I’ll have a couple hundred dollars in pokemon onesies that I otherwise don’t want AND I get to try to figure out another costume for the whole family!

Also there’s something up with these reviews, they all praise the customer service and/or reference being sent a wrong item and Lucky Onesie fixing it. That doesn’t make a lot of sense does it? Are they messing up nearly every order? Everyone here has to contact customer service? This all smells very scammy.

I had a great experience with Lucky onesie! After my 9 year old got his yoshi onesie (which was amazing) in the mail, my 4 year old quickly wanted a Pokemon one. He of course changed his mind after ordering and customer service was so great in helping us make the change. Love the products and the delivery arrived quickly!

I bought 3 onesies for a Halloween costume for my family. They only mailed two and not the childs. When I tried to return them, they didn't provide a return label. They just have me an address to return them to in China, knowing that the shipment would cost more than the item. Really poor service.

We got the kids pikachu, adult meowth, adult gengard, and adult charzard and all were awesome quality and came in a very timely manner! Highly recommend this site as I was super skeptical upon ordering but am now super pleased! Our Pokemon gang will have a blast this Halloween!

The product is a nice thick warm material. It hasn't been worn yet other than to try it on but the zipper works properly. My husband usually wears a 2XL shirt and this XL fits him great. When I emailed to double check shipping they were quick with a response.

Fast shipping! Product will be perfect for Halloween! Only gave it 4 stars because multiple packages shipped and I only received 1 tracking number. I wish I would have received a tracking number for each package. Other than that, items received were as shown!

Really great company. Very communicative. Fast to respond. Had a small hiccup with my order but they where day to respond and fast to fix. Costumes where exceptional quality. Would highly recommend.

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered my item over 12 days ago, and it still has not shipped. I contacted customer service about this over 4 days ago because I was concerned, and they said it would ship out by Friday at the latest and they would ship my order with express shipping. It is now Satturday night, and the item still has not shipped. Not sure what is going on, but something is definitely up. At this point I will likely need to ask for a refund and order this item from another company (and likely have to pay express shipping to get my item on time for Halloween). This should not be happening. I placed my order for Halloween in September. It is now almost mid-October and it has not shipped yet!

The customer service was great to work with when the wrong package was sent. The onesies are cute and quality of materials are good too.

Costume was as expected! It’s not easy to find a costume that fits my 6’3 husband, but this one does! We had an issue with shipping (the tracking said the item had an attempted delivery and was returned but they never came). I contacted customer service and they sent us another one and were very helpful.

Love the onesies we got - soft, warm, cozy, even with pockets! We had a small hiccup with me accidentally getting the wrong onesie and their support was timely and resolved the matter immediately. Highly recommend!

Ordered 4 onesies and even though one came in the wrong color, customer service was quick to respond and correct the mistake. Sent me a brand new item and didn’t make me return the wrong one which is a relief. Was mailed and delivered in a timely manner. Great service and products!
