I was locked out of my account and got in touch through live chat and I spoke to Summer who was extremely helpful and explained to me what the problem was and explained very clearly the steps that I have to take to resolve the problem, Unfortunately I have not managed to play any games as of yet but I had a good look through the site and looks really good, I am hoping to be playing bingo very soon.

Lucky pants did finally pay me my winnings an error had occured while makin the payment but very happy to say received it

Hi, im not going to lie when you tode me my withdrawal was put back in to my account why I was playing a game. And I Atchally though I won more agen, but got greedy and lost it. But I was feeling happy I still withdrawn £100 atlest.

But then to be tode the news, my withdrawal got out back in my LUCKY PANTS BINGO account, why playing a game.

I was upset and angry, I wanted to take it higher and tell everyone what lucky pants bingo did or didn't do!

I though you was a dodgy company and I just been frauded.

BUT for you to THEN, Give me the choice you would give me the funds of £100 what i thought was withdrawn.

On one conditional I don't gamble it.....

The site is excellent. Pleasant enough design and reasonably simple to navigate. The offers can be excellent although the cap on winnings from promotions can be a major disappointment. However, if you have a problem the Livechat facility is exceptional - not in terms of the system but the staff involved. They are real people who appear to genuinely want to help. None of the faceless "Computer says no" but a seemingly genuine desire to help. Well done.

Always helpful and courteous and they are very easy to get hold of, they even contact you by phone to let you know if you have a bonus on your account and if cant get hold of you they text or email.

i have rated 5 stars as i have always received excellent customer service when ever i have had an issue or a query. it is always resolved right away, staff are friendly and very helpful
