I lost 1,500 euros at the casino

I lost 1,500 euros at the casino, then my balance dropped to 3,000 euros. I made a withdrawal, but it was rejected! The support team told me to provide a bank statement, a Krill statement. The most interesting thing is that I topped up the account using a crypto wallet and sent them the statement as well. Then they said the withdrawal was open. I clicked on it, an hour passed, and was rejected. It's been like this for three weeks. I send the same documents every day. They respond, everything is great, but then the story repeats itself!!! It's a scam.

Scam Scam Scam no pay

I lost 1,500 USD at Casigle, then I topped up my account and won 3,000. They offer withdrawals and ask for documents. When I provide them, they say the withdrawal is open and then ask for the same documents again! It's a huge scam. I have all the photo evidence.

More than a year has passed, they wrote to the email address that they would return the last deposit, and after that, nothing was returned and they do not respond, neither in support nor by email. Once again, this bookmaker is a pure scam.

What details do you need, scammer? My email is linked to my account, and you blocked my access! They told me to email you, but you don't respond. You're a scammer.

I deposited 300 or 400 USD six times in 2 hours. After playing Aviator, I won 3,100 euros last time. They verified me. I sent all my documents, including my ID card and a crypto wallet statement, because I deposited using a crypto wallet. Then they asked for a bank statement and Skrill, even though I don't use Skrill and haven't deposited anything into my account, either through Skrill or a bank. I provided that too! In the end, they said I didn't prove the origin of the USD and they would only refund my last deposit!!! I repeat, this is a complete scam. I can post all my documents here and prove you're a scammer!

Account blocked for no reason

Have deposited funds from my bank account using debit card..placed bets on normal football results........after winning i requested a withdrawel of winnings....then suddenly, bang, account deactivated for no reason.... I still have funds and a balance.. plus the money I requested to withdrawel....following account deactivation you are no longer able to use the chat feature to speak to support..... can only send support an email but never get a reply......... I completed account verification weeks ago and have deposited and withdrawn since...... so not sure why account reactive, I know respoce to this review will be the same generic reply to most complaints about their safeguarding users etc and conducting check but you have already done all that...my account is verified........so what you are basicly doing is just stealing people's money, take their deposits, if the win, you deactivate the account....shocking!!!!! Be warned if you are in the UK

Really disappointed- customer service…

Really disappointed- Customer service is really poor. As a new customer, I was pretty impressed with the platform of games, casino, and sports betting, however what an absolute nightmare trying to get verified.
Do not accept PDF documents to confirm ID, address, or bank statements ? Photographs only? Very strange.

after my first deposit, I was told I had to confirm my address provided the relevant photo of utility bill, no problem ….I Told to complete my address in the profile section …. Problem there, there are no address fields …..( This is not faux pas my end, as I appreciate you can get people that can make mistakes )There are NO address fields , only a field for “State”

After being fobbed off by what I can only describe as BS regarding clearing cache an browser history, try different platforms , I finally gave up after being told that I would need to contact customer chat after they had escalated the problem.

I suggested that as a customer, rather than me chasing this, could I be informed when the escalation has created a resolution to the problem, only to be told they do not offer that service????

Hmmmm I can be bombarded with marketing emails, but not one to sort my problem.

No more time to waste, however felt the need to vent on here to save any other potential customer a wasted experience. Something fishy here.
