Great service

Honestly can say what a wonderful experience great customer service and the withdrawl that a big amount was processed flawlessly and initially it was rejected and I questioned why it was down to my card issuer not luckywave so put an alternative method in literally next morning everything that I was owed there in my account. Massive thanks to Eva from VIP team . Highly recommend

AVOID! Dodgy scam site...dont use!!!

Do not use! 1st deposit went thru straight away but 2nd is pending..rang my bank and said they have took it and gone thru. I contacted them on live chat and they say I have to wait 7 business days for it to show?!! Still not got it and even if it does i think I will have issues getting it back out looking at other reviews. The live chat bots won't do anything!!

Absolutely appalled at how I've been…

JAbsolutely appalled at how I've been treated after the amount I have deposited. When I asked to close my account because I have a gambling problem, the reply I got from my so called 'vip manager' I was offered a bonus to stay with them. When I questioned this and asked for their licence details and what gambling authority they were under I was totally ignored. I have been emailing them constantly for 5 days and not one response have I received. I have went onto live chat to ask for someone to contact me to be told someone will be in touch. Absolute scan of a site, please be warned.

**I will continue leaving this review until they actually do something. I have found out that they are licensed in Costa rica which means they don't need a license and there is no central governing body to handle complaints. Don't waite your time or money**

used to use luckywave alot but the last cashback value i got was very minimal considering I deposited and lost 2.5 k in a week ..I think it was like £40 !! that was the main reason why I stopped using them . up until then they were fine . I am from UK and aware there are no regulations etc and it was always a sigh of relief when withdrawals were accepted .. good choice of games to be fair and cant knock the live chat . I have also noticed a high number of negative comments in here which makes me think twice about using them again .. tkeep encouraging me to play with welcome back spins but im not taking the bait

Nothing but disappointment

This app, nothing but frustration to me it’s quicker for them to get my deposit but never accept my request for withdrawal, I have £125.00 pounds that had I ask for withdrawal 10 attempts but nothing happen so I decided to just give my money back to them because I think that is they’re waiting for me to play again which and yes they took all of it.
