I have spent nearly £2500 on this site…
I have spent nearly £2500 on this site and have never withdrawn. Since last week I have tried to withdraw. They requested many document, such as full personal bank statement which is not legal but I sent. Each time Lucky wave created problems to prevent my withdraw.
Their customer service is very poor and occasionally reply’s. They do not help in any ways to fixe the problem.
I have requested an email address for the complain department and revived no reply.
My next step will be complain to the EU gaming Committee as I am not receiving any assistant from Lucky wave.

Avoid rigged slots
Withdrawals are very quick however slots are clearly rigged to death. It will only let you win on your first couple deposits hit every bonus and decent wins on them then after that constant dead spins on every single game almost impossible to hit a bonus and if you do it pays next to nothing. Rtp is non existent. Won’t be playing on here again. Would recommend to avoid.
