My withdrawal is being blocked despite submitting all required verification documents three times in the last 30 days, including my latest transaction. I have emailed multiple times and spoken with customer support, yet nothing has been resolved and came with no explanation.
They lady who spoke to me on the mail kept telling me to verify my account, but the customer support on the site said every document was already verified. Previous withdrawals of the same amount were approved without any issues, which makes this situation even more concerning.
I strongly warn others to be cautious before depositing money here.
This review will only be removed once my funds are successfully transferred to my bank account.
