Do not use this company, they sold us a terrible property in a selective licensing area without making us aware. They did not make us aware the tenant was disabled and wouldn’t allow any refurb to take place. They refused to refund the money we gave for the refurb costs even though it was impossible to do!
They lied throughout and are very good at using their small print crafted well so it’s always in their favour.
Communication went to zero once it all went wrong and they just kept blaming eachother! It’s left us £30,000 out of pocket and they do not care!
Very poor service!

Santhous the MD has gone completely silent and I now have to resort to legal and debt recovery action due to their false advertising and fraudulent practice. £5000 gone with nothing to show for it.

Lucre Realty company is very bad. First of all, they take sourcing fee full amount upfront 4989 GBP and they provide crappy property deals. When customer is not interested with the deal after performing various checks with solicitor, EPC and so on. Lucre realty just denies to pay back the money and gave alternative property which is even more worse due to structural damages and soil movement captured in the structural reports and they recommend to proceed further giving justifications and saying its just minor issues which caused us hefty fees for all surveyors, lender work, solicitor work and so on. When lender denied the loan approval saying the property is worse and cannot be mortgagable. Lucre realty denies refund for our hard earned money. We lost money in believing them all these while for paying all the other fees which is a big loss and not getting sourcing fee 4898 GBP is even bigger loss. Hence please do not fall trap for this company. They are there only to take your money and not give good sourced properties.

Good, honest and efficient company

Was a bit sceptical at first due to the below review, but one of the Portfolio Managers Keanu was very professional and helpful from the get go - so decided to give them a go! 3 deal presentations later, I secured my first BTL! Was a bit nervous and unsure about starting my property journey so quickly, but the team were very attentive throughout the transaction and answered any questions I had to the best of their ability!

If you are starting out but not confident with the process or all the nonsense you see on Facebook then I'd give them a go. Worked for me so will hopefully work for you! Good luck!
