It was great experience and the cost wasn’t really too expensive, the only thing I didn’t like it was that my shipping information wouldn’t really update so it was a surprise the day it came in
The ordering process went smooth. We received the well within the expected timeframe. The dress was well made but just didn’t quite fit my daughter right so we had to return it and the return process went smoothly as well.
The customer service was very helpful but be sure to read the return policy as you don’t receive your money back from returns. Only store credit it given.

Very quick to respond to my question and it was resolved quickly.
I ordered something 8 days in advance for the valentines weekend and got a tracking code that never worked and kept saying it was awaiting shipment so after about six days of that I reached out to the company and they told me I had to log on to a website to ask a question. I attempted to but that was unsuccessful in creating a login and password for this new account so I emailed the link that sent me the info about logging into the other website and told them my problem and I just needed to be able to speak with somebody. They emailed me back and I were able to tell me that it was in rout and I could not cancel the order at this point. I was upset with the tracking number that never worked and the shipping time was actually not late because it came within the amount of business days it said it might take but on the very last day. I won’t really have a use for the items for a while now but that is ok. Asking me to create a login to ask a question was silly when they could have just emailed me from the start or had a email to customer service. Thanks for listening. Mike

I sent an email to the company regarding a gift card credit, they responded in a timely manner. Helpful and professional service.
I ordered 2 dresses, both don’t fit. One the material was kind of cheap and wasn’t flattering at all that I returned, the other just needs some altering at the straps and was non-returnable. I did get my store credit though and ordered 2 more dresses that hopefully fit better, and the customer service that I reached out to was very nice. I wish there was a way to see reviews on specific dress items or pictures from customers.
