i had a few questions in regard to my order though email, and the staff who responded was so helpful and kind! my order was delivered quickly and the quality is unmatched. can’t wait to order again soon!

Customer Service was great. When there was an mix up on the shipping address, it was taken care of immediately.

We ordered 3 dresses and it was easy to send 2 back. They didn’t fit her well the slit was too high. Sizing guide was great and customer service was helpful for my return. Not so happy with the quality of dresses, but it’s probably comparable to others at that price point. Still waiting on my refund, but I’m sure it’ll come soon.

Their customer service is horrendous. You can’t speak with anyone and they are not helpful over email. Their holiday return window is a joke. It closed on the Friday of the first week after New year’s. We had family illness and couldn’t exchange extended family gifts until after New Year’s so I missed the window by 1 day. They refused to make any exception. I will NEVER shop for the holiday’s on their site again.

My email was answered very quickly, and the customer rep understood my situation with the dress my daughter had ordered and they were very considerate to give us a store credit and let us return it.

I ordered a good looking dress two and a half weeks before an event, I paid for fast shipping and it said 4-5 business days. 2 whole weeks go by and I still hadn’t got the package.
I then looked at the tracking and it said 12 days in transit-…
Not even that far, just an hour and a half away from where I live. I contacted asking what the delay was, they didn’t get back to me amazingly fast. And all that just to find out they didn’t know.
I didn’t want a refund going towards their store as I will not be buying from them again. ( mind you the dress was $100-150 including shipping ). Not a reliable delivery service.

I had gotten a wrong size, but the issue was quickly addressed and the service was great. All the other dresses fit well and looked exactly like the photos.

Purchase and returns are easy as long as you stay within the window and leave the Lucy in the Sky strip intact. Note you only get store credit for returns but their credit does not expire. Responses from customer service took about a day. Given the relatively low prices, I’d say it’s all understandable. Would purchase from them again.

It’s easy to purchase items, and return when needed. The dresses are cute, however, sometimes they might not always fit as imaged.

Overall, I feel the service was a bit slow and I kept getting the same generic answer. Although I understand there’s not much for them to do, I wish I had some more reassurance and explanation on my order. Overall, I wish my experience had been more satisfying but it was okay.

Bueno, al final ha tardado 23 días, que son los 14 (laborales).
Pero ojo porque hemos pagado el IVA español del 20%aprox más unos 15 eur que nos ha costado la empresa que hace los trámites sin preguntar a nadie. Todo ello ha salido casi la mitad del coste del vestido.

Amazing customer service care. We were worried about dealing with online companies. The dresses that came were earlier than excepted. Although one did not ship do to low volume, we received notice immediately and was offered a solution right away.

Stylish clothes at really good prices but don’t expect high-quality (not sure I would ever trust anything in the wash!) if needing an item for a one time event, then their clothes will certainly do the trick.
We had to return ours because it did not fit, and the return process was very easy. My only complaint is I wish they did refunds and not store credit as I do not see us ever using it.
Speaking of returns, I love the long fabric tag they use to guarantee item has not been worn. Sometimes you never know if you are buying something that has been worn before and not washed! Great idea.

Site is easy to navigate and customer service is very responsive.
