Yet again, Stephen, the manager at your Lordship Lane Branch has found me fantastic tenants at an amazing rent and with a minimal void period. Can't say thank you enough to him and his team, especially Reese who did the visit!

I have recently engaged the services of Ludlow Thompson to rent out my flat in Peckham. As a first time Landlord, renting out my own home, I was pretty nervous and a total novice to the process. From my first meeting with Stephen Graham when he came out to value my property, all the way through to signing the tenancy agreement, I have found him to be professional, helpful and friendly. He has been very patient with me and is always on hand to answer questions, give advice and provide reassurance. I am grateful to him and his team for securing tenants to my property. I would not hesitate to recommend Stephen and Ludlow Thompson if you need to rent out your property in London.

The team at Ludlow were extremely helpful. Beth was very responsive, clear in her communication and helpful with all our queries, particularly as first time buyers. She guided us through the process and gave us advice that we couldn't find elsewhere. The whole team worked hard to accommodate our schedule (which at times was pretty tricky) and made sure we were happy at every stage of the buying process. When things got pressured by the market, Mark was excellent in moving things along and keeping us informed. I wish that the buying process in the UK was more efficient but Ludlow Thompson are doing their best to make the process as smooth as they can.

Disappointing services from property management section. As a landlord, it is exhausting to not have timely responses! Their staff resign with no handover so complete lack of continuity! Sam Woodward, needs to up his game or hand over to a more interactive colleague!
Maintenance charge more than other companies but do poor work! I have had to seek alternative workmen to complete their poor job

Daniel was super responsive (by email too, which is often a weak point of letting agents!), and kept me up to date throughout. He seemed knowledgable about the rental property I was viewing - again, surprisingly rare. (No paperwork has been signed yet so I can't speak to the admin.)

Daniel Scott was extremely friendly and helpful, arranging a fantastic viewing and providing helpful and constant communication during the lettings process. The video tour in particular was very detailed and resourceful

I moved into a Ludlow Thompson managed property. On the day of move it they had arranged cleaning services which finished at 9PM, which should have been completed before move in. There was no hot water on move in at the property and they refused to help through their 24/7 service. Extremely disappointing and am extremely negative customer experience.

We visited a flat around Blackwall. Our agent, Ashley, was very helpful. The property comes with shared facilities and he went out of his way to show us all we wanted to see and answer our questions.

Tonaya has been extremely helpful from start to finish with helping us get into our new flat. She has been there to help us answer all of our questions and helped us through the referencing all the way up to signing the contract and getting the keys to our new flat.
