According to our network logs, your digital Xbox Game Pass Essential code was successfully generated and sent via a secure, trackable fulfilment email just a few hours after your payment on the 16th of December.
Furthermore, our tracking data confirms that the secure link containing your specific code was successfully opened and accessed a total of three times across the 16th and 17th of December.
