Ordered McAfee Total Protection for the UK. When I activated the code it was for the various regions in South America. Everything is now in Portugese and a pain in the backside.
Tried to get in contact a few times via email however I haven't had any success.

To address your issue, please check the following points:
1. The product description states: "When activating your key, you may see a region that is different from your region, this does NOT mean something is wrong with the key, and it will work normally in your region." This explains the different language when redeeming the product.
2. Since the activation is done on McAfee website, you can easily use your browser translate function to complete the redeem process.
3. Once the product is installed to your PC, it supports and will have the english language.
