Luff and Wilkin have sold two properties for me recently, and I let property with Luff Associates for many years. Always professional, knowledgeable, approachable and trustworthy, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. They have gone above and beyond recently and delivered! Special mention to Mary, David, Ann and Tina for their kindness and understanding.

I had my own preconceived ideas of what to expect from a visit of estate/letting agents despite having already heard local talk in their favour.
I was pleasantly surprised and wrong-footed with two utterly professional individuals. Their thoroughness and attention to detail most impressive. After a very nerve racking experience with rogue tenants and unhelpful agents, was reluctant to become a landlord again, however the guidance and professionalism presented by Mary and her team rebuilt my trust and confidence in letting my property. A year has nearly passed since we started communicating and the property has since been relet with a very caring tenant, regular inspections with photographs and clear explanations.
