I purchased suitcases and the customer service was excellent, he gave us a good discount and the suitcases look very good on quality. I would recommend this store. 5 star definitely.

I bought a set of 3 luggage. On our first use, a leg/ wheel broke when it came down a kerb around only around 10cm high. My son used the medium size baggage. The handle dropped on the floor and became crooked. When I emailed to Luggage Outlet on the issues, they responded that 'As assessed from the pictures, we regret to inform you that used products are not refundable, and the damages are irreparable. While we do not know the exact circumstances (rough airport handling, accidental drop from high grounds, misuse, etc) that led to the damages, it would be best to claim for damages from the airline and/or travel insurance for these damages.'

First of all, how would we know the quality if we don't use them? These problems become evident only after 2 weeks of use. To push the responsibility to travel insurance without admitting responsibility is disappointing.

True to what they said on their webpage, this merchant delivered my luggage within 2 days, nicely wrapped up and even gave me a free luggage tag! I strongly recommend this merchant for affordable and decent looking travel products!
