Superb service. We used Luggage Transfers 3 years in a row when walking the SWCP and every single transfer worked out exactly as promised. Additionally they were able to do some unusual transfers, for instance in the second year we has to walk a couple of sections we were forced to miss out in the previous year meaning that there were some unusual transfers but the company handled those as well despite the extra hassle.

Really efficient. No trouble at all. Bags magically disappearewd & appeared at each venue. We have used for 3 years annually now & alll gone smoothly. Thank you.

I used Luggage Transfers throughout the 630 mile south west coast path walk. They never once made a mistake in what must have been at least 60 transfers. Totally reliable, easy to book, comprehensive advice around places to stay. First class service, thoroughly recommended.

I used LT in 2023 for the Cornish SWCP and again in 2024 between Minehead and Bude. The service was consistently excellent. Booking was easy and responses always very prompt. Collections and drop offs always ran smoothly and it was easy to make amendments, even at short notice (this was necessary in 2023, when knee problems meant we could not carry packs as much as initially intended). Staff were always very friendly and efficient. If I am fortunate and able to complete the SWCP, I certainly hope to use LT again.

Luggage Transfers does what it says on the tin and without fuss. Each day we left our luggage and in the evening we found it again in the next hotel - this made our lives much more relaxed on holiday.

I have used Luggage Transfers 7 times over the last 4 years. As I do walking holidays and move on daily, they must have carried out about 40 drop offs and 40 pick ups. They have delivered my luggage to both B&Bs and campsites. The office staff are extremely helpful and efficient when dealing with the bookings. There has only been one problem which, in fact, was not Luggage Transfers' fault. However, I contacted the office and they were able to help with the situation. I have had the occasional text or phone call from the drivers to let me know where the luggage has been left at campsites with no reception, which has been very helpful.
I cannot fault this service and without it I would not be able to go on walking holidays.

We are walking the South West coastal path and have used this company on several occasions from the start. Never had any issues. Easy to book your luggage and they are very helpful with other things like river crossings. Would highly recommend!

Luggage Transfers were as helpful, efficient and value for money as ever. We’ve now used them four times on the south west coast path and have never had any issues.

Luggage Transfers Ltd were perfect for my trip along the Devon Coast to Coast route. Easy to use and zero issues, luggage pick ups and drop offs all went as planned. I needed to make an amendment to my booking and this was dealt with very quickly and with no problems. Definitely recommend.

We were 4 older walkers (all 65 plus) making our way in late March along a very windy, soggy, boggy, South West Coast trail between Penzance and Truro for few days. Our luggage was always waiting for us when we got there. The service was great and made our lives so much easier.
