Because I’m an idiot I overpacked my rucksack for a 3 day walk… my hotel told me about this company so I called them at 4pm and the lady was really helpful so I booked 2 x transfers and it worked a dream so thank you to you all.. I would highly recommend this company

Luggage Transfers provide an effective service on the South West Coast Path. I have used them many times over the years and they have always delivered. They have built up a good rapore with the regular accommodation providers. Office staff are all personable and helpful. Transfer operators have all been very helpful and adaptable.

We chose Luggage Transfers to transport our bags whilst walking the Jurassic Coastal Path. What a great service they provide. Rhianne made the booking process so easy...she was delightful to deal with, super efficient and professional. Then, at the start of the walk in Exmouth, we were met on time by a very friendly driver who took our bags to the first campsite. From then on our bags were seamlessly transported each day to a new destination. If only our walk was as easy as dealing with Luggage Transfers!

I have used Luggage Transfers for three years as an essential part of fully enjoyment of walking the SWCP. Every transfer has been accurate, timely and without fuss. It brings joy to have a lighter load to carry each day and to find when checking in at our accommodation the bag(s) are waiting and ready for us to unpack and relax/ refresh. Soooooo good.

Having walked my first day on the coast path route I decided to use LT to lighten my load and make the walk more enjoyable. From initial contact LT were efficient and proactive with my camp site contact as was uncontactable due to signal. They dealt with the details brilliantly in my absence. I had recommended LT to other SWC path walkers whom I came across, and I will be using them in the near future.

We used Luggage Transfers when recently walking from Falmouth to Plymouth over 7 days. There were no problems at all with the service. Our luggage usually made it to our destination before we did. We find the service to be good value for money and it means that we are able to walk stretches of the coast path for days at a time.

Flexible with changes and items that are overweight - great communication, pragmatic, helpful and reliable. I would use them again and can't recommend them highly enough.

First class service every time we used Luggage Transfer. Thank you. Easy to arrange transfers online but super friendly help on the phone when needed. We used the service regularly in June 2022 and again during March 2023. Would highly recommend.

Very personal service. Love being able to talk to someone on the phone as well as taking advantage of the online booking process. Whole thing was seamless and allowed us to walk in comfort and enjoy the SWCP scenery (but maybe not all those steps!). We took the train this time, but other walks have meant we've needed two cars and extra time to leave one at start and end of a walk. We've added to the congestion in the area. Then there's the extra fuel costs and the added pollution. Pretty sure the cost of fuel, parking etc is almost on a level with the reasonable cost of a luggage service. Yes, they also use a vehicle but are able to combine journeys and use quieter times to deliver the luggage. Seems like a no brainer to me! Thank you for great service. We hope to rebook later in the year when we complete the SWCP.

Finally got around to walking the SW coastal path, always been put off due to either carrying a mountain of stuff or getting by with the bare minimum.

Luggage Transfers were the solution, we walked with only what we needed safe in the knowledge that everything else had been moved ahead of us.

Everything went smoothly, absolutely zero complaints with the service or people involved, would definitely use again and highly recommend.
