I ordered 31st March , it still has not been delivered and I have contacted them via email but no response . I paid via PayPal so I am claiming the funds back.

Prompt delivery. But our personalised dressing gown was not personalised upon delivery. I reached out via email on the same day, and despite reaching out numerous times since I have had no response.

I brought the pjs set for my step mum as a gift and she loved them. Great quality, soft fabric and quick delivery. I will be ordering from here again but next time for myself.

It's become a tradition that I buy personalised dressing gowns whenever a friend has a baby and everyone loves it! The quality is great and the communication with the seller is easy, they answer any questions you have promptly and always deliver on time. Highly recommend

I ordered Mr & Mrs Robe set in the super soft range, all personalised with full names on the front. Brother & his wife will love these. Jo answered all my questions straightaway and nothing was too much trouble. She (I’m assuming Jo is female 🤭😁) was very patient and polite and her customer service skills was perfect. I was panicking because I’d left the order so late as it’s part of a wedding hamper for my brother’s wedding. Jo went the extra mile and sent the package as a special delivery guaranteed by 1pm next day. It arrived in time and Jo helped to lower my stress over it. ☺️ Will definitely use Lulabay again should I need to do so. Thanks a million, Jo. 🥰

Ordered personalised pjs for partner. They had scags on and black marks. Awful quality. Avoid at all costs

The item I ordered was a gift so I didn’t actually get to see the final product, but the vendor was very communicative, especially when my order was delayed or lost in the mail and she shipped another one.

I ordered a personalised teddy bear comforter and it is so soft and cute, incredibly well made to a very high standard, using excellent quality materials. Very good value for money and amazingly fast dispatch. Very well packaged to prevent any damage in transit. Very happy with my purchase and I would use this seller again. I highly recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish. I had so many questions before ordering to make sure everything was perfect. The seller responded so fast and was extremely accommodating. Wanted one the same as we had in case Ruby ever lost hers but she loves it so much she now takes two to bed! Stitching very neat on personalised name and product came quickly. Communication excellent. Love it.

Quite possibly the worst company i have ever come across, my partner ordered from here in december for a Christmas gift for me. 3 months later and royal mail still awaiting the parcel. I’m unsure how the company are legally getting away with this, it’s clearly owned by a bunch of selfish thieves. I’d like a refund to my partner - order 45369 please, OR the actual items we ordered. i’ve emailed off his email - no responses they ignored. a few days later i did it from my own email - and i had a responce from the team to ask for my order number. here we are a week later with absolutely no emails back from them. Disgusted.

Scam avoid company, didnt even dispatch item and the manager emailed from a Ms Maudsley, but called herself a completely different name (Jo Bailey). Claimed refunded my order, no confirmation of this so just went to my bank for them to chase the refund from this scam company. Complete scam company avoid at all costs.
