Great customer service!
I ordered a ooh noo googy horse for my daughters birthday, however I soon realised it wasn’t going to be delivered on time, I sent an email to explain the situation and the guy who relplied was extremely helpful and cancelled my order. I then ordered the Mr Maria miffy light - it came very quickly and perfectly packaged, also the best price I could find it at the time.
Will order again & highly recommend. Thank you!

The delivery was delayed by 3 days, which was very disappointing. Could not communicate with the delivery company who cancelled the initial delivery date last minute at the time.

I have looked into this for you and I can see that your order was dispatched by us on the same day you placed your order and was out for delivery the next day.
But for some reason they were unable to deliver that day, which we apologies for.
I can see delivery was made the next available working day.

Excellent customer service, was notified when my order had been dispatched for next day delivery with tracking details& everything arrived on time in perfect condition. Really pleased with my trophy heads & miffy lamp, they’ve gained lots of compliments so far

grizzly bear trophy head
We ordered the grizzly bear trophy head for our little boys nursery and we are delighted with it. It turned up in the time time stated and was packaged excellently.
