Since its conception, the brand’s intention has always been to create playful and striking designs that empower the women who wear them. Lulu Guinness designs are regularly seen on the arms of trailblazing women, such as Kate Moss, Adwoa Aboah, Emma Watson, Poppy Delevingne, Paloma Faith, Helena Bonham Carter and Dita Von Teese. Excellent service

I cannot fault the service from Lulu Guinness. The item arrived very promptly - they used DPD delivery service, which was excellent. I emailed a question to customer services, at 16:37 and it was resolved at 16:50 the same day. No hesitation in ordering from them again.

Great customer service

I ordered Lulu Guinness website quite often. Description is always accurate. If I have any questions, custom service always provided the answer promptly. In this occasion, I have ordered the package and forgot to put in the voucher code. The customer service team corrected it right away on the next day and refund me the differences.

Contacted Lulu Customer Service to resolve a problem I had regarding a return.The help I received was excellent and resolved my issue immediately with no fuss.Thank You Lulu Guinness for delivering the standard of service we all want to receive though too often don’t.

Excellent customer service

Wanted to cancel an order due to price reduction of item so emailed customer service and within the hour received an email back to say that although the order had left they had recalled it and would process a refund.
Would have no hesitation in ordering again.

Excellent, quick, efficient and issue resolved

The customer service team were quick at responding and gave clear, consice feedback. Dates were provided for clear indication of any Christmas gift deadline if there was one. Exactly the experience you want when you have a slight issue to resolve.
