Bought the cabin case and received an email confirming that but didn't receive any further info about delivery, I contacted them and they replied straight away, will shop again and it's good to know their there to help

I am a big fan of lulu Guinness bags.
For Christmas I did receive an umbrella which has the floaty lips in the handle but I am a little disappointed as it looks like the handle has got too much air in it so the lips do not float around correctly in it.
I haven't even used it yet !

One thing I would say would help customers returning an item if the order number was printed on the invoice you receive inside the parcel.

The customer service representative was excellent! She answer all my questions in a reasonable time. The issue ( which is not an issue but would make customers happy) would be that the company have an extra percentage off to shop for other items on the website, since it was a system mistake. Other than that, EXCELLENT work!!!

Lovely handbag
Lovely handbag at a very reduced price which is great! I already own this item and wanted a spare just in case. Unfortunately I ordered another item which turned out to be out of stock sadly. A full refund has been promised and I am waiting for that to happen. The company emailed me straightaway to explain their error.

My experience has been awful. I purchased the Bag in Covent Garden London. The bag needed retuned as it was the wrong colour. Sent it back following the instructions from Head Office. To then receive an email once I sent a query asking where was the refund to be told not to send it to the head office. Too late i sent it in the pre paid label they sent. Still no refund and it arrived at the warehouse 18 days ago. then I have been asked to call Covent Garden shop. I said absolutely not. I have left it with the customer service team. lets see if I get the £400 back. Awful and antiquated service. Loved the bag but after this i will buy another bag from a retailer with better customer service.
