Well I guess I got taken like so many others. Ordered in May and have not received my 2 chairs. Lesson learned. Check first!

Well, I guess I will just join in with everyone else on the chairs. Ordered mine on June 17 and not seen them so far. I even sent them a nice email for ETA on my chairs. Of course they were friendly but have not heard a thing since. I just don't understand how they can get away with this.

SCAM! order 2 chairs in june fake tracking number. they took my money. tried to get me to let them access my computer. NO. how can they be stopped? 1 indian guy answers and when I said no to the access he hung up

I ordered chairs in June and I never received anything. I sent emails and no response, so I found this site with reviews from people who share my experience. I see the post from Linda Brown with a
customer service phone number. I call it 6072143005 it seemed disconnected but a guy called me back about 10 minutes later. He said he would help me get my money back. He told me to go to Team Viewer which I did, and give him the information provided, which I did. He started giving me refund information to write down and while I was writing I see my computer going through all of my accounts. I then realized that I had given him access to my computer. He promised he was a good guy, and was helping me. I started receiving all of these random charges on my all of my cards, and I get a call from my bank saying that fraudulent activity is going on in my bank account. He was moving my own money around to appear as though they were paying me. Not only was I scammed out of my initial fee, but then I was violated by this nice guy all over again. If you gave this company access to your computer, change all of your passwords. For those of you who have not, whatever you do DO NOT GO TO TEAM VIEWER FOR THEM, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

I ordered back on June 21 and it is now August 13.
I have the same problem. No emails no chairs but they got the $right away. Thanks for other reviewers posting the phone number for a refund.

I ordered 2 chairs back in June. I emailed them a month ago asking for a tracking number and was told that the company was "paralyzed" due to the virus and should have it within a week. Well its been a month now since I emailed and now the link that I got when I made the order don't work. Dont waste your time with this company you will get ripped off!!!!

Read till the end I have edited my review.I’m only giving this 3 stars because I placed my order in June. I never received the shipment so I have been on the search for a contact phone number since they do not respond to emails. I did find a number 1-607-214-3005 which is a correct contact number for them . I actually spoke to a very nice person who did help and processed a full refund. I would recommend calling if you haven’t received your items. Update do not call them they stole $400 out of my debit card account while processing my refund. THEY ARE THIEVES !!!!!!!

Yes I too have been duped by this company. They have my $$ but I have no chairs. Been over a month. I guess no more purchases using Facebook.

I would give a 0 if I could. Never received items nor response to any of my emails. Today I issued a FRAUD DISPUTE with Capital One and have blocked them from any future purchase.

Ordered a set of chairs and I knew with everything going on, it would probably take a long time to get to me. Unfortunately, they just never showed up. I use the Shop app to track packages and according to the app, my chairs were never even shipped. I have emailed three times telling them to refund my money and cancel the order, no reply.

ordered 2 chairs in june for Father's day paid for expedited shipping. requested shipping details, they said they would provide when shipped..... 3 weeks later still no answer. emailed service they said order would ship end of june then said end of july. i asked to cancel and get reimbursed they said they would do so.... never got reimbursed. they said they would again but didnt had to file dispute with my bank. DO NOT ORDER

Not only did they take the money and not deliver the chairs ordered...they also tried to get me to allow them access to my computer to ‘help me’ open a return form. They are complete scammers!!!!! Do not trust this ‘company’!!!

I ordered 2 recliner camping chairs from this company in early July. I never received them and the link they gave me for shipping information never worked. When I tried to email the company for support, they never responded.... so today I called the customer service number listed in one of the previous reviews here.... BEWARE!!!! The customer service agent wanted me to go to a website to give him access to my computer to process a refund. DO NOT DO THIS!!!!! No company should have to access your computer to process a refund. This is a scam!! I called my credit card company and got the charge reversed. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!

Me and my brother also ordered a chair back in June we saw the ad on Facebook thought it would be a good deal and a cool chair. Needless to say we have not heard from them nor have we received our chair what do we do? And they took our money the same day we ordered and I have sent emails but the site no longer exists. Do I contact the Bank or Facebook. I will never order off Facebook ads again.
