I will be contacting our bank tomorrow to see what can be done about getting our money back. Ordered 2 chairs the first week of June. I have sent 5 emails. Maybe our credit union can find out something!

Well, like everyone here, I ordered a chair. No chair has arrived. I don't believe I'll be calling the number for customer service that has been in other reviews, as it is obvious that the reviews are copied and pasted and therefore probably also a scam. Pretty sketchy, in my opinion. Live and learn, I guess.

Like everyone else we ordered chairs and never received them. We had tried emailing with no response. After reading some of these reviews I tried calling one of the numbers, he stated he would have to call me back. He called back and said to download a refund slip I would need to log in to this website.
This website actually took control of my laptop, need less to say, we turned it off really quick. They said I would need to go back to google to that site to get my refund. THEY ACTUALLY TOOK CONTROL OF LAPTOP, SO BE CAREFUL IF THEY WANT YOU TO GOMTO A WEBSITE TO DOWNLOAD A REFIND REQUEST. I guess we will have to dispute with bank to try and get money back.

I ordered 2 reclining outdoor chairs in the beginning of July...I have emailed their customer service 5 times and still haven't received a response. I have no tracking info either and like everyone else they took my money right away. I bought off a ad on Instagram do I thought its was safe... now when I try to go to the website where I purchased the chairs it no longer exists. Do not purchase anything from this company. They are the worst.

I ordered 3 chairs last July 1 just checked my credit card and was charged for it but no products yet it willbe 6 weeks and I paid for the mailing fee too. yes I agree their is no more internet ad I am sucked in to order these chairs because its affordable but the company is not reliable,,,I thought this comp is in Florida not China I'm burned again

Fell for the chair deal like everyone else, cannot find them or the "paperwork" they suppose to send me, took our money the same day though - real scam Ordered in June and going into Sept and still no chairs - will inform every media I know to turn them in.

Yep - same as most other people on here. Ordered a camp chair in June - nothing - emailed to question where it was, and did get a reply, but they said they were having delays due to covid. Anyway, here we are in August and still nothing. Website is gone as is my money. Don't do it!!!

Worst ever, ordered over 6 weeks ago, can't find anything on them now. Reported to our bank and BBB. NEVER AGAIN BUY ON FB!!!

I ordered 2 camp chairs in June which I never received. They got my money, no response to the email address, and I have to merchandise! What do we do here?
I believe I was scammed!!!

I wish I could give them less than 1 star.. hopefully someone sees this before ordering.. I canceled my order on 6/29 I received confirmation that it was canceled on 7/6 and now it’s is 8/7 and I have not received my refund.. nor have they responded to any of my attempts to email them.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE ..

Same thing happened to me. Ordered 2 chairs back in June and still nothing. Website is now gone. Furious!

I have NO stars for this place. I talked with a person and he lied. He tried to take money out of our bank account, 500.00 dollars. This place is the worse place i have ever dealt with. No chairs and stealing money. Please let everyone know not to buy from them. They won't get anything but a headache. I can't believe that someone would be so horrible to others. I have tried to go back to the site, of course its gone. I have tried to call him back, of course no answer. I am not letting it go. I'm going to file on him. Shame on him. Please let everyone know to stay away from lulunina, a horrible horrible place.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! Just like everyone else I ordered 2 swinging chairs on June 21st. I emailed them asking when I could expect my order, they responded with the end of July. Here It is August 6th and I still have not received my order. The site no longer exists when I went to check on my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! They are now referred to as colourfulbest but that site doesn’t exist either. $40 may not sound like much to some people but it's the principle!! I should've known it sounded too good to be true!!!

I ordered the 2 for the special price over a month and a half ago. I still haven't received. The two web pages I have don't exist. Does anyone have a phone number or email for this company.

If I could give 0 zero stars I would. This place took my money and refuses to answer emails. $40 down the drain. Lulunina is a thief and I hope no one ever waste money at this place. The better business bureau needs to be contacted.
Karma will bite these foul nasty people in their asses for this.

Took my money as well. Clicked through the email to check on the order two months later... website is dead. And yet, their facebook ads are still running. UGH. At least I only bought two chairs. :(

i brought a chair from these people jun,27, order no.llnn2006258271. and still havent received it, i sent a email and they told me not to worry, that because of the virus everything is moving slow, but that i will get it. that was a month ago, i wrote again to get a tracking number and yet to get it whats up with these people.

I too ordered 2 chairs back in June. They also took the money from account the same day. It is now August 6th and I have not received my purchase or heard anything from the company. When I click the link that was texted to me to check my order status, it no longer works. I'm out some money but I'm glad it wasnt more. I've definitely learned my lesson.

My husband placed an order for 2 chairs the week of June 16th, one for me and one for my best friend, for our birthdays. To date, Aug 6, 2020 nothing! We had to cancel our credit card and now must watch our account just to make sure. What a world we live in. Karma is a B....!

My comments are the same as many....chair was ordered on Jun 17, my credit card charged same day. Today is August 5, no chair and no responses to emails. I, too, have disputed with my credit card company.
