Fraud and terrible experience
First employees in store pushed the sale basing it on a full Friday delivery. On Friday half items were not delivered and store support said that Friday was never planned. After that Saturday remaining items were delivered, but one was damaged, so the delivery was promised the next day. Next day nothing is delivered and customer support again says no deliveries Friday. So far 22 calls for a simple purchase and issue still not resolved - recommend avoiding this store by any means.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I recently bought a stove from them AlWahda mall branch and since then which was almost a week ago I'm calling them for installation and changing the nozzles. Worst customer service ever, no one answers I had to go there again and they promised to send someone and till now nothing. When I recall they close the phone in my face or cancel it. Don't recommend anyone to buy from it!

N I also bought saree for my mom. But when I went home n check properly it was damage so I again went back for exchange but they said they don’t have another one only one piece but I need the same one, so I insist to give me the same because lulu is not a small market they have several branches if they want they can arrange from anywhere. The customer service called manger my God very very rude he didn’t listen to me even didn’t asked just came to me with an attitude n said will check in other branches if no will give your money back
N started arguing with me n he started saying I am your making problem for me. Like really they are the one giving me damage items n then they are the one fighting. Being manger he behaving very unprofessional. I am totally upset with this kind of behavior
A hair in lulu production BISCUITS
Im a customer of Lulu for 8 long years but Lulu is missing his place now a days in many ways like they put offers but forgot to update in system and people are buying their items with different prices instead of offer one and they don’t even realize that until they check the bill. And there is no compensation as well from them, Ive purchased a house pack of biscuits feom LULU production and there was a long hair in it, i have shown them the pictures and videos but no compensation and no response to my complaints.

Absolutely horrible! I've ordered 3 packs of dumplings online, they are frozen obviously and I wasn't even thinking that such a big company gonna delivered it on the passenger seat, with the juice out of them, half soft and sticked to each other in one large ball. I can't even cook it. You don't have a freezer in your delivery vehicle? This is not serious people. Never again.

Smart Marketing Strategy, HAPPINESS DISCOUNT FLAT 50%, I purchased 71 Items on 29th Aug and got discounts in only three items, Also the cost of all items are more than other shopping malls specifically in grocery and food stuff, I also noticed that the quality of the products are not even satisfactory but also expensive, so much crowd, no clean corridors, vegetables are in pathetic condition, I will never ever go to LULU again and will suggest all my group and friends, it’s Like a cheating someone emotionally but in legal terms so we are helpless.
They toy with customers
After one spends considerable time adding items in cart,then items aren’t available,then one has to wait for 2 to 7 days refund,and then one waits impatiently for refund,only to find out that bank didn’t get it. Customer goes back and forth between bank and lulu customer service which is absolutely useless. It didn’t happen one time but multiple times. No wonder they don’t provide ( pay by card upon delivery). Truly their aim is to anger and dissatisfy customers with zero consideration to our valuable time.WAIST OF TIME.

Hi I am regular customer for lulu and we are shopping grocery from WTC LULU ABUDABI for our family. Now days I am buying coconut milk from lulu every time for my wife because she is pregnant 🤰 last week you guys put offer price 5.75dhs and selling spoiled coconut milk which we open in house and when my wife drink and notice its spoiled like salty water inside and it cause food poison 😡she is pregnant and you guys are selling expired coconut keeping long time on shelf and putting offer price to make customer fool. Which is really not acceptable. All are buying coconut milk for pregnant women's in UAE so it's very harmful if you guys selling this kind product specially in UAE.

Had a first experience with LULU delivery through their app and it certainly going to be my last. The frozen items were half frozen “mushy” by the time I received. The app stated my order will be delivered within 2 hours, 2 hours later someone called to tell me an item was out of stock and they replaced it with another unwanted item. Connected with customer service and the best they could come up with was to create a concern ticket instead of admitting their mistake and processing a refund. Never order from them online. They are cheating people and it’s a shame such a behaviour!

Made an online order and it took 5 hours for it to be delivered. Absolute shambles. It took a few times of contacting to even get an update. No update was given to me. I asked how long it usually takes on average and they told me 2 hours. How is it even possible for an order to take that long? Very frustrating!!
