Great service, delivery and quality
Great knowledge and help when I called, and very friendly.
Delivered very quickly and well packaged.
Goods are correct and look great quality. Haven't got them installed yet.

Great Service in a world of generally very poor service.
Approached to set up a trade account - wow that was fast. Then ordered some products - they didn't reach me as they had been damaged by courier and returned to Lumena. Lumena then contacted me to explain and despatched replacements which arrived next day. Great service from Lumena in an age where below-par has become the norm for most companies. Keep it up folks and your customers will stay :)
