I've purchased a few times from this store, all without issues. At one point they had a "special discount offer", that was something like -10% with 60€ purchase and -15% with 100€ purchase (not sure about the numbers anymore, it's irrelevant anyway). At first I added a couple items to my cart that amounted to 60€ and applied the code, then decided to add a few more to meet the 100€ discount and applied the -15% code. The next day I received an email from them, saying they have canceled my order and issued a store credit "coupon" on my account. I tried to place my order again and couldn't find the "coupon" anywhere on my account. After a few hours, their customer support managed to place the coupon on my account, but then I wasn't able to apply the discount code anymore. Basically, they wanted me to buy products at full price. I wrote another email trying to resolve the situation, and received an incredibly insulting response, accusing me of trying to scam them (because apparently, their system applied the 2 discounts on my original order cumulatively - which I wasn't aware of, neither was my intention to scam anyone). There was no signature under the email, so I don't know who wrote it, but I assume it was the owner. I demanded a full refund (which should have been offered - at least as an option- in the first email anyway) which luckily, they issued in the next few days. i used to recommend this store on various European FaceBook curly hair groups - but after this experience, I will never mention it again. I don't recommend shopping with this shop.

My chosen products weren't available in the UK but great communication, good packaging and fuss-free delivery made this an easy purchase, even in a period of lock-down. Would definitely buy from Lumibeauty again.

One of the items I received came damaged. I told customer service and they said they would sort some sort of voucher on my account. 3 weeks later still nothing. I don’t find it very professional.

My product is expired when i got it. It is really annoying and furthermore i contacted the customer service, to reflected this issue, but nobody handled it for me. A sick purchase experience.

Best prices original products delivery only delayed but it wasn’t their fault it was the post fault. Owner communicated immediately I love their service
