I was looking for a 5 wire connector and this was 4. I may have missed that when I ordered and assumed RGB multi color was 5 wire.

Hi Maikel, you can always reach out to us to help troubleshoot any issues you're experiencing. Be sure to check that you are using an MLV (magnetic low voltage) dimmer with the magnetic driver you chose for your installation, as well as not overloading the 60W driver with more than a single strip.
