Initial hiccups got resolved!
Updating my review. Initially, I could not get a hold of anyone after Shopify defaulted to an incorrect address and I could not edit or cancel. After I posted a negative review, their e-commerce manager reached out, she was super nice and was able to solve my problem. Happy I received my item!
