I started my low voltage lighting project as part of building my own kitchen cabinets prior to the pandemic. Do to supply chain issues, regarding the cabinet hardware, I was not able to complete the project at that time. Finally in 2024, I am back on it. Over time I discovered I was missing parts and/or I changed details. So, I tried to simply order the parts I thought I needed online off the Lumilum website. But they were the wrong parts. I was frustrated. I called Lumilum. It was heartwarming to see that the salesperson still remembered me from years ago. The Lumilum team rectified the problem promptly and I should be able to pick up the project where I left off. Thank You!
