I’m still in the process of testing the product from Lumimeds, but I already feel compelled to leave a review because their support has been outstanding.
Nikki from the support team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was very responsive, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Every interaction felt professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me have the best experience possible.
