The gown i ordered which was to wear at my son's wedding took forever to arrive. I only got it a couple days before the wedding and no exaggeration it looked NOTHING whatsoever like the elegant looking dress in the picture . Except for the leopard print . Made out of a cheap see through material with no tag or anything. So instead of showing up in a beautifully and very flattering age appropriate long flowing classy leopard print gown I was so excitedly looking forward to i even described it to him after I ordered it....I ended up being devastated with nothing else to wear bc Id just lost everything in a fire and that dress I literally spent my last pennies on..they didn't even respond when I emailed them the first time...or in time for me to get a refund and buy another gown that any other one on this planet would have been better than what they sent ..if it were the same as the picture it would have been appropriate and perfect for a 55 year old woman.. what I got instead screamed ridiculous old fat street worker!! IVE never been so upset in my life..It took me months just to get them to respond after I threatened them legally just to get a 40% refund off the purchase price . I sent them pictures and they told me to just keep the dress. That's the best they could do. Im still waiting for that 40$ refund too. They said they've issued it and now its still my problem blaming the bank. I CAN ALMOST GUARANTEE NONE OF THE GOOD REVIEWS HERE ARE REAL....THEY ARE A SCAM SIGHT!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered the dress on January 8th, and ten days later I am still waiting for its delivery. I have had two form messages from your company regarding its delay, but by the time the dress arrives, the event for which I ordered the dress will be past.

Beware: Cheap, False Advertising, Bad Customer Service
Extremely disappointed with Lumina Fashion. The products are cheap and the descriptions are completely misleading. The “Leather Hooded Jacket” is actually polyester, not leather, and items are made in China, not Vancouver, Canada, or the U.S. Customer service is awful. I ordered from the U.S. and after numerous emails, the manager offered either shipping back to China for $122 or a measly 40% refund. Out of five items, only one fit. Will never buy from this brand again. Don't buy from Lumina Fashion!

If I could rate lower, I would! Do not buy here. I ordered a blouse and it finally arrived late. Even with my exact measurements it was terrible. Bad fabric, fit, color. I had to jump through hoops to try to return it to find out it was going back to CHINA not Vancouver and would cost me 1500$ to return a 65$ blouse. Dropped it off at a thrift store. Worse experience ever.
