Amazing customer service! I needed to cancel my subscription due to health issues and got an immediate response - not the usual “we will get back to you in 48 hours”. She was able to divert my shipment before it came. This product is still on my radar and worth a try if you are considering.

I only gave this a 4 star since I've only taken it a short while and don't know the full benefits. I ordered the collagen (all 5 types) after reading previous reviews, and recommended by my MRC coach since I'm on GLP. I'm hoping it helps "from the inside" while I continue to lose weight & exercise.

I order a bottle of magnesium, never authorized to get enrolled on subscription. I have been charged 3 time for this product and only1 time refund. I called my bank and to stop future payments I have to get charge $30.00 it is really annoying when they dont tell you will get subscribe automatically. I been email them and only one time someone reach out to me. I have 2 charges of $33.60 and no response.

Ordering was easy. The product was a little late arriving but customer service was very responsive. The oil smells wonderful and feels luxurious. Time will tell regarding hair regrowth but I’m optimistic.

I absolutely love my Lumine Magnesium complex as I have stopped getting cramps in my legs at night.

Just finishing my first bottle of collagen. I’ve noticed a lot less hair in my hairbrush, and the shower. I really like that I can just take two capsules instead of dealing with powder.

Received my collagen capsules in a timely manner. Due to stomach issues from my GLP-1, I opted to take only one capsule per day. After my first bottle, I do think the skin (particularly on my face) looks better and less saggy. My nails are much harder and growing faster. Overall I think the product was successful for me.

So far so good..feeling a bit more energized and focused for sure!

I emailed them straight away explaining this & they cancelled my order straight away, great customer service

Ordered 2 months supply as they suggest this is the minimum time before seeing results. On checking the confirmation of order email it showed that I had signed up to an ongoing subscription . This may well have been my mistake - however it was not made clear on the order form that I was signing up to a subscription.
I immediately cancelled the subscription, but it wasn’t clear if my order was also cancelled. I contacted customer services to advise that while I was cancelling the subscription I still wanted the 2 months supply that I had ordered.
Not expecting to hear anything until the middle of next week , I had a reply within 30 mins to advise subscription was cancelled but order was still in place.
Minus points for not making it clear re subscription. BUT customer service team were absolutely brilliant ! Well done!!

Order came quickly and was exactly as described. Just started using but feels like I'm seeing some improvement already.

It definitely slowed down my growth. The only negative I noticed was some in-grown hairs. Maybe I put too much at a time. Besides that, love it!

products comes from over seas in china and took weeks to arrive , customer service wasn’t helpful .

I truly can’t explain the huge difference in me other than the Lumineorganics envy above and beyond. I ve been in heart failure for several years years and have had no energy until I I took this . I have lost 125 lbs on another med that took my energy but this has given me my life back. I have even been in my flower garden . Is awesome I tell everyone on zepbound website about this

This was suggested on a FB page. I received in a timely manner. My Dr has since removed me from taking.

I had been reading story after story of cholesterol numbers and a specific prescription drug! It’s a drug I take. I was very interested in trying to make a change as I had brain fog, was unsteady, hands that shook to my embarrassment. I talked to my doctor and he told me to try this product … & to stop the drug for a month. So I’m giving this product a try!

When using the oil consistently, I notice slower growth! It’s amazing!
