I bought Multi Collagen Peptides…
I bought Multi Collagen Peptides Complex in good faith but unfortunately didn't notice any difference after using it. Once the bottle arrived in very small print it said that the contents had not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration which concerned me. Unbeknownst to me the company said I had agreed to a monthly subscription when I initially bought the product. When I went to look at their T&C's half the clauses found on the website were missing. I tried to unsubscribe on the website in the managing your account section and there is no facility to cancel your subscription. I contacted Customer Services and asked them to unsubscribe me, not to send another bottle of pills and to refund me for the money they had taken from my account. Despite writing 4 emails over 2 days they have informed me that they have just dispatched the order and taken money from my account despite me objecting. I have asked for my bank details and my personal details to be removed from their company database but nobody has got back to me. This really isn't how to run a business and I am very disappointed by the product and the Customer Service experience

Great company good cuatomer service. I ordered 1 months supply to see iow they work, did not realise i signed up for a subscription, e mailed them ro cancel it and it was done straight away. I have not started on them yet when i do and they work will order more.

Its a scam. I didn't place an order and they have been taking money out of my account for a subscription I didn't order. They told me they would refund me - they never did. They are a scam.

I only gave four stars because the delivery takes so very long. Maybe I’m just impatient but i was speaking with Natalie of customer service. She was absolutely phenomenal and answering my emails in a timely fashion. I finally did get my product and we’ll see how that goes but yes, I was impressed with the customer service so thank you Natalie.

I ordered their Collagen peptides. They charged my card immediately but tracking showed no action. After a week with no change in tracking, I called and was told the order would arrive in no more than 3-4 days. Nothing arrived after 2 weeks and my email inquiry was met with a rude, obnoxious reply. I went to my credit card company to challenge the charge. The company responded quickly to the CC company. Refund processed, but no apology from Lumine. May be good products but customer service sucks.
